INTRODUCTION
Career action plan is diversify action plan which consist management of the individual
career plan and their learning of personal skills. This report includes the information about the
growth in the field of consulter and improve the productivity and career of the people. With this I
gain more skills and become smart with studies in development and understanding the human
behaviour. In this report information about the personal strength, weakness by which this
stimulates and enhance the ability of my personal action plan of development.
MAIN BODY
Personal strengths:
I have ability to complete the task whichever is assign to me. Also, the personal strength
include the ability to work well in the group and make own design and programming in the
critical situation. I have ability to do work in every scenario and also look forward towards the
positive attitude of the study (Torres, and Wiborg, 2021). Creative and dedicated towards the
work and ability. I am also good in communication and I have the good communication skills to
communicate with the people and understanding the people behaviour. Personal strength is
mainly contributed towards the capability and learning distinct. The courage of the personal
ability stands in the authenticity, bravery, and persistence in order to sustain in the competition
environment and myself stand able in the fast environment. Personal strength also included the
good nature who is able to work in a dynamic environment and forgiveness nature I have which
give me ability to communicate with everyone in the work field. Self regulation to motivate my
self is also my strength (Territory, 2018).
Personal weakness:
As a student(studying at BNU 2 year with foundation year). My weakness is I am little of
disorganized and I don't know exactly how to organize the work and manage my personal life.
Impatient in order to achieve something this can be my strength also and weakness too. This
indicates that if I want to achieve something I am become impatient and want that desperately.
Fear of failure I guess this weakness is in the most of the people that what if I fail in particular
task something I am targeting. Such as I want to work as counsellor but what if I am not enough
capable of going that. The failure is always on my mind (Platform, 2020). This is the weakness I

hate most. Procrastination, this mainly come-up when I do not want to do that task and work
thereafter it becomes the delaying in that task, but I make sure to completer that before the
deadline.
CONCLUSION
Summarizes report conclude the information that personal career development action
plan is important in every individual's life. As the above report describe about the personal
strength and the personal weakness by which I conclude that I need to improve my weakness in
terms to achieve success in my career. The personal strength gave me confidence to improve in
my weaknesses.
