Assessment reflection In my approach employability in which I am looking for a job I am always keeping myself busy it helps me to be more energetic and maintain motivation when looking for work. I am always enjoying the facts and figures that might be the reason for helping me find the research of the different types of jobs. It has been said that when openness is helpful for doing things in new ways it helps me to find different approaches that would allow me to look for work. I am also very extremely organized in the ways in which I look for work.
In the personal skills of I have been able to identify is that I am very energetic which is the factor that allows me to research and understand the different jobs which are helpful for finding the research of the different types of jobs. Being so energetic makes more motivated with the types of work which I have been looking for. For the work place skills which I have it is related to the use of numbers. I am very strong and playing with numbers, and I am able to understand that I can bring the understanding of the organization and be able to develop the key practices which can help me to develop the business that is required. Being able to gain the key strategies that can allow the organization in the management of areas that can be helpful for finishing the business works as far as possible. Working good with numbers makes me more effective with the jobs in the financial services. This job role will help me to be more effective in nature and balance the business and its numbers in a way that it can work quickly and effectively. I was able to understand that my strength lies in the work that are related to the use of numeric data. The use of this skill can be helpful for me to implement them in my work place and employability. This is considered to be the factor which is going to help me with the factors that allow me to gain personal success. I would also be able to improve my knowledge as I am very active with reading newspapers and other survey results in the newspapers. CONCLUSION From the above essay it can be concluded that my preferred field of employability and workplace will help me to work in my career in financial services. It can be said that through the development of personal brand and also the networking I will be able to increase my operations in a way that I will be able to increase my operations would help me bring new strategies. The factors which are considered to be the reason for the growth of individual learning. It will also allow me to bring balance into my work and also in the development of better and more accurate form of learning.
