INTRODUCTION Individual face many issues and challenges when they want to build successful career and difficult problems is the only option which beneficial for expansion of effectiveness for careers growth (Sharma and et.al., 2021). I face many difficulties in my life I analyse that unique things, practical aspects and many more are essential for my effective personality development. This report will provides information that how individual face multiples issue when they develop new things and gain practical aspects for their career. MAIN BODY Presentation challenge Here I present presentation on expansion of new skill development for particular aim achievement in life. I analyse multiple aspects which improves my quality of life and application ofpersonalitydevelopmentcourseiseffectiveapproacheswhichdevelopsefficiencyin individual life. Three year goals: I analyse that if I have to build my career in human resources field I have to select graduation in human resource subject because I have to build my career in this field. So I recognize and develop framework that which more things are requires for my long term goal achievement. Benefits of graduation degree: On the basis of my analyse I recognize that I select the best option when I was doing graduation I gain multiples aspect which are useful for goal achievement because professors teacher motivate, and they develop positive structure for career making in human resource field. But the only things which is not beneficial is they not develop practical aspects with effective manner (Crowley and O'Sullivan, 2021). So I decide that I have to develop require skills from internship.Because,expansionofcareerinthisfieldrequiresmultipleskillsliketeam management, leadership skills, performance analyses of individual employee and many more. Impacts of Covid-19 on employability: Pandemic influences multiples aspects of economy as well as individual badly impacts by bad situation and all suffer from this. I analyse and decide that I have to build practical skills from any organization which develop human resources management skills but on the basis of this
pandemic my practical skills engagement also suffer. And many organizations closed and some of them have no potential to provides salaries to their employees. Time to become decision-making leadership: I analyse that this leadership skills is not only require in makes career in human resource management field. I recognize that almost every company require human resource management staffwhichhasgreatdecision-makingskillsbecausetheyareresponsibletoselectbest employees for expansion of effective company and their growth. So I clearly decide that I require training and experts knowledge those have potential to raise my decision-making activities with practicals aspects. Industry trends and their implementation: Application of new trends in business is essential for their growth and expansion of new opportunities. I analyse that so many companies of small business consider applying innovation for efficiency developmental. Also, I analyse that expansion of new resources in business programrequirestraining,motivationandmultiplesaspectsforemployeeefficiency multimovement towards with organization (Kheiralla, 2021). This challenge is most attractive option on the basis of recent internet market trend which people promote their good and service as well as hey wast to shows which program hey set in their business they effectively show. I develop that small or median size enterprises applies this activity because they want to improve their business performance thought the engagement or utilization of specific term which promotes their services, but its challenging task when other business also launch same t shirt, and they consider buying other business (Mnouskin and et.al., 2021). So its clear that t-shirt challenge is effective approach but its require knowledge of multiple aspects because its impact performance of overall business and it promotes effective reputation in market as well. I clearly decide that business mainly consider women empower they develop their overall business activity with engagement of women.
Apprentice challenge Apprentice challenges is all above refers to develop effectiveness for aim achievement with the help of communication skills improvement and powerful team expansion. It's mainly beneficial to develop effectiveness in overall business employee, so they perform well. I analyse that this challenges is beneficial approaches for effectiveness expansion in individual aspects of business (Rodrigues and Morais, 2021). Also, I recognize when business human resource management people develop and implement new so when they select people they clearly identify in their selection process that this skills essential in human resource management. Skill development: I saw that organization management department develop human resource plan because they want to achieve their gaol successfully. I analyse that individual employee performance directly impacts on task completion. So its essential that human resources management experts develop monitoring experts those have power to build effectiveness in individual, I also recognize that when I select this plate form I gain new skills for my long term achievement. Mentoring for team building: Expansion of effective human resource management for product and service efficiency improvement requires team building. I analyse this aspect that team building is one of the major importantaspectforbecomehumanresourcemanager,becausetheyhavemultiple responsibilities. I recognize that this skill is also develops in school or collages because its beneficial aspect for long term growth and expansion of new achievement throughout the career expansion. On the basis of research and analysis of organization work process I consider that human resource only management by proper monitoring of employee and provides them right direction and training with effective communication (Alexeyeff, 2021). Sense of achievement: I analyse that when I was ding graduation in human resource I participated in event program, so I effectively manage team work and coordinate with other, but the major problem is I don't have clear that which aspects are required for team management and their efficiency expansion in their given task. But when I decide to graduate in human resource I face many challenges but professors help a lot and develop new skills but major require skills to become human resource manger internship is the best option to gain real aspects and practical skills approach.
CONCLUSION It has been summarized form the above reflective study that individual has to build their career in specific term they have to build practical aspects which improves their quality of life and well as their long term growth in life also it has been clear that people face many challenges, and they have to survive from complex terms for their powerful future. This study provided information about i-shirt challenge which beneficial to promote business function and apprentice challenges developing team build with effective communication expansion.
