INTRODUCTION
As we all know that self-reflection and self-evaluation plays a vital role so that people
can easily know about their strengths and weaknesses. Career growth also plays an important
role for people because it drives their attention towards achieve their goals and conducting
appropriate practices such as selecting profession as per interest and qualification, adoption of
skills and knowledge. The present report will be based on particular profession that is human
resource management. The purpose of the study is to provide detailed information about personal
analysis which will help to make action plan for career development. Furthermore, it will provide
CV in order to apply for the graduate level position. It will cover all the skills and knowledge
required for particular job role. In addition to this, the study will also provide LinkedIn profile on
the current situation.
PERSONAL ANALYSIS-
It is basically a tool used by people to know about their weaknesses and strengths which
will helps them to grasp the opportunity also and find out threat which can impact their career
development (How to do personal SWOT analysis, 2022). With the help of personal analysis, I
am able to know about my strengths and weaknesses as it provides me insights based on my
personality, from this I can also know about what challenges I see ahead and what are the best
job opportunities I will be getting in the future. Basically, by using this individual assessment, I
am able to determine self-improvement, career paths and understanding growth opportunities.
Strengths
I am having strong communication
skills and critical thinking which helped
me to achieve my goals (Salmina, Ding
and Yu, 2021).
I am very confident and dynamic with
pleasing personality which helped me
achieve projects on time.
I have good time management skills
and problem solving skills.
Weaknesses
Sometimes I get too nervousness which
has created issues in my past studies.
I am a fresher in human resource
industry which I think is one of the
weaknesses.
Sometimes I feel I lose my self-
confidence if I am engaged in long
meetings.
Sometimes I am not able to encourage

my achievement which leads to issues
like self-criticism.
I am not able to make effective
decisions which creates problems for
me to provide better outcomes.
Opportunities
With the help of these skills I am able
to grasp the opportunities for job role in
human resource management.
I am able to get the best opportunity to
learn new skills, new knowledge and
responsibilities if I will be selected for
job role.
Availability of effective courses and
Better career options.
With the help of this job role, I am able
to get a chance to learn ethics.
Can work effectively towards my goals
and show my knowledge and skills.
Threats
Competition in this industry is one of
the major threat that I will face. Many
people want to join this job role as they
are having same experience,
qualification and interest
Forthcoming regulations and legislation
related to this industry.
It may be possible that interview
questions will be different from what I
learnt while doing practice.
CAREER ACTION PLAN
Once you have identified the areas you need to focus on, it is essential to prepare a career
action plan which help to know about personal development and what are the career activities
that needs to undertake for future success. as per my opinion human resource is one of the most
effective professions that has been chosen by people in the recent career time (Lejeune,
Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2021). So, for this I am making action plan after personal SWOT
analysis. With the help of action plan I am able to know about actions that I need to take in order
