This skill is helpful for generalised the statement and work to experience the skills to become the retail stores. Leadership:A good manager must know about how to handle their team members for using effective management skills, problem solving skills for encourage the associated and make effective engagement practices. Organisational skills:Manager should be able to look and make areas in which the rules to work effectively and improved problem solving skills. It is beneficial for managing and addressing the time to achieve organisational skills. Effective communication:Not only spoken words, body language, facial expression and tone of voice are related to work on convey the message to work appropriately in different ways. Motivation:It is important to start the leadership programme and work to achieve leadership growth within an retail industry. In the retail industry there are some major growing sectors to work in different manage sectors for the growth in applicabilities. There are some career development for the candidates who are applicable to build progressive professional aim. I ma studying in management field that is helpful for become more productive growth and possibilities to manage different practices to work in retail industry. The main role which is chosen in this retail industry is to provide a brief introduction and possible ideas to generate and make managerial development to represent the skills and leadership approach for gain assets for the use of economy at global level. The position which I have been choosing is to make HR manager and perform the activities in more extrovert and personality career development. This will be helpful for managing and growing industry to provide systematic growth in creative ideas and applicabilities and contribute for managing retail sector growth. In order to overcome with the Covid-19 crises, I am trying to find a suitable job that would be helpful for me to work effectively and manage specified solutions in different perspective. I have different skills which are useful for me to complete and improve my professional career development into the market and gain more effective approaches. Therefore, the HR manager is helpful for work and make suitable growth of HR to understand the problems in analysing in more effective and better ways.
