INTRODUCTION
SWOT analysis
SWOT analysis tool is called the best and effective tool as it helps people and companies
to identify their own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. As a marketing manager it
is important to know and identify own strengths and weaknesses for accomplishing own goals
and develop in career and in business profession (Phadermrod, Crowder and Wills, 2019). With
the help of this tool, I can take several opportunities and decrease barriers which can occur in the
path of my career and success. Some strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of me as a
marketing manager are:
Strengths
• As a marketing manager my main strength is innovative thinking which makes me able to
develop promotional strategies.
• Communication skills and networking ability is my strength which helps in influencing
people.
• I am also good in solving critical problem and working under pressure.
• Decision making skills is also my strength which makes me able to reduce errors from
work and tasks.
Weaknesses
• As a marketing manager I need to improve adaptability skills as I am lack in flexibility
skills.
• To take too much time in completing work and completing multiple tasks is my
weakness.
• My patience skills are too weak which can create several threats in my personal as well as
in professional life.
• I am lacking in process design skills and this is my weakness that has created several
problems and barriers in my success path and can snatch several opportunities in my
professional life.
Opportunities
• As a marketing manager I can take opportunity to influence people and make them agree
to take services and products because I have an effective communication skills.
