1. Reflection Report related to Industrial panel and Informational Interview
After analysing my current skills and discussing with industry expert panel, I would like
to know more about the industry and the services that are related to it. I think that my skills
related to assessment of the scenario are something that is needed to be analysed and with the
help of the analysis, I can make a deduction of which path to consider as my career objective.
I would consult with the higher officials who have previous experience in the similar field so
that I can know about the pros and cons the career segment has1. On the other hand, I would
like to have a better idea of what needs to be added up to my skill list to make sure that I have
progressed in a proficient manner. A proper analysis of the situation is necessary and for that
purpose, talking to the experts from the field is necessary. Therefore, after taking to the
expert panel I have realised that my goals are achievable, but learning processes must be
continued to gain professional skills. I have consulted with the people and some of the facts
discovered by them have changed my outlook towards the career drastically2.
I think that I need to make some amendments in the analytical skills, as right now I am
prone to diversions that are related to my educational life. The cyber security division
requires proficient analytical skills and for that reason, a pragmatic approach is essential.
I have found that, there is a good career scope for the people who are looking forward to the
forensic industry. The industry is filled with technicalities and hence it is one of the most
modernised segments of providing security to the people. From Informational Interview
process, it has also been deduced that I am a loyal person and it can be a necessary option to

consider for any of the organisation. The demand of this industry is rinsing and in the near
future, there is a good scope for the fresher’s who have studied in this discipline.
I discovered that I have the potential to learn something new even if it is hard for me and
I have that level of patience, which is looked for by most of the recruitment agencies. In this
context, I can say that, I have better growth opportunity in the industry in future3. The
technical upgrades have revolutionised the world and it has a major effect on the forensic
industry. Hence, I can deduce that I can become successful in this domain but for that, I need
to be more patient and humbler to my superiors to learn more4.
