be directed in order to eradicate the potential jeopardies. At the end of the report some better
arguments would be extended favouring the selected career path and how it would be paving
the way forward in notching up greater heights in career.

This job is highly versatile yet the fact cannot be rejected that a person is supposed to have
higher level of brilliancy so can fulfil the job requirements.

time, the organizational success is hugely lying in the jurisdiction and performance of their
marketing. Now just making good product or service is not needed but an organization is also
needed to extend best of its ideas to its customers so can make them understand their offered
services or products.

technologies the marketing tasks are quite essential. A person is needed to make sure their best
use so can augment the final outcomes.
Marketing is a dynamic filed where a person is intended to carry out its duty to ensure
better performance in all the associated realms such as, Person, Place, Promotion, Product,
Process, Physical appearance etc. These areas are being covered by a marketing manager.
There are range of new models and methods are there such as Internet marketing, Email
marketing, Digital marketing, Idea marketing, Negative marketing etc. These realms are
explored by organizations are per their suitability and requirement so one can explore its best
by becoming a marketing manager.
My dream job is to be a marketing manager, which is a great position. Since I strongly believe
that thought my educational career I have acquired quite satisfactory knowledge pertaining to
marketing field. So if I get this position then would be able to reflect my best understanding and
professional capacity.

On the other hands, it is also seen that the chosen career path is quite long. In the present
market scenario, a person is not needed to go through such a long way since it would not only
consume great amount of time but will be snatching away other potential opportunities.
But this career path is having range of good or favourable points which are favouring the
decision of going with such a long lasting way.
The fact is superbly feasible that the personal growth or development is somehow biggest
factor behind better professional development. Marketing is the sole area which gives greater
insights to a person in order to hike its personal growth.
The dynamism of this field makes is separate from other fields such as finance, human resource,
IT, Entrepreneurship, International business, Accounting, Project management. Since these all
areas are having their pluses and minuses but when it comes to the best fit for me then there is
no replacement of Marketing related jobs.

So that I would be able to encourage employees for adapting changes by providing training to
employees as well as it is necessary to analyse weakness and strength so that it help boost
morale and motivate them for improving performance. On the basis of era it has been analysed
that there are adaption of new technology helps to gain knowledge in order to provides
effective command of business. Also, it is necessary to update knowledge and improves the
process of learning by focus more on using different type of application by which it help for
providing betters tasks to employees. Also, it is necessary for track their performance so that it
help for decision making skill how employees are doing their task. Then, it helps for providing
feedback for how can they improve their performance. It can improve the leadership skill that is
not as much good for managing the teams I sometimes get less confidents while provides
guidance to team.

Flexible work arrangement- In order to identify the challenges, it can be understanding that
there are very difficult to solve problem that is one of the important for marketing manager.
Also, there were no appropriate segregation of work given to employees.
In order to improve the flexible work arrangement, it is necessary for follow schedule for
managing the environment in order to focus on providing benefit of giving them flexibilities so
that they can complete work accordingly.

Then personal strengths and weaknesses were evaluated by applying personal audit with the
help of SWOT analysis.
Which paved the way to identify the challenges on the way and some ways to overcome them.
At the end of the report some set of recommendations were also guided to make this career
path achievable and also eradicating sort of prevailing issues which may put hindrances.

inclusion of technology must be there, it would wipe out such threats.
