INTRODUCTION
 Professional development is as set of various training programs and activities that is executed by
the company for improvement of skills and knowledge of and individual.
 It is considered as the essential part of the company as it helps the employees to produce better and
satisfactory work which affects the company.

Description of the chosen field
 The professional field I want to pursue is the Human
Resource. The human resource management is defined as
the process of effectively managing and recruiting
employee in the company.
 The HR professional look into the business of managing
the employees in the organization. My dream job in Human
resource is to be HR manager and in order to fulfil it I
should gain experience and knowledge to achieve that
position.
 The job of HR is not easy , the professional working this
