Essentially, a career path is a way for taking a person to accomplish their career objectives. It will help in the declaration that all the workers may have their variety of interests and are seeking new challenges whichpermitstheworkerstodevelopandinpursuingthe changing involvement in a supportive surrounding.
Professional field •Career planning is a very crucial to come up for a career planning as it provide a much required route and makes it clear that where an individual is watching their career in future (Bharti and Rangnekar, 2019). It will help in finding out the capabilities and imperfections, skills and knowledge which are needed to accomplish the goals in the upcoming days. For making my career planning to develop my future, I have chosen by field of interest is Marketing.

Many marketing managers have degrees in the field such as courses related to the business management and to become a expert in these fields is very much crucial to obtain this dream job. •Also, I will work on my skills and capabilities which can include communication, leadership and team working which will definitely help me in becoming a professional person (Hirschi, 2018).
Strengths in my career path of Dream job •In choosing, marketing manager as my dream job, one of the biggest strength is my communication skills which is very helpful in this field to collaborate with the teams for making most of the decisions and to grow a good bonding with the clients and consumers (Burbrink, 2019). This will help me to interconnect with many thoughts, requirements and a capabilities in sharing data in both large grouping and one to one conversation.
Possible challenges faced to achieve dream job •When I am working on my dream job there are some of the possible challenges for me like leadership skills and technical skills which is like a barrier for me to make my career path successful. As being a marketing manager, I should know how to set all the strategical goals, inspiring all the workers to work in a good manner. A marketing manager should have some of the technical knowledge like affiliate marketing, business analysis and many more to guide all the employees who are working under me.
