Introduction Career plan is defined as the practical strategy that enables an individual to determine their skills, career goals, interest areas as well as put action plan to achieve these objectives withefficiencyandeffectiveness.Itisdefinedasthe continuous process that includes overview of individuals currentskills,experiencesandcareerobjectives.Itis important to develop specific and systematic career plan because it provides clear direction to achieve determined future objectives.
Describe a given professional field I have chosen the field of Marketing because I have interest in this field from initial stagewhen I was in my school. I have in-depth knowledge and understanding regarding marketing concepts and techniques. The field of marketing is related to the process of exploring, creating as well as delivering value for the purpose of meeting needs and demands of target market in terms of goods and services.
