INTRODUCTION Career planning is an ongoing process where an individual explore his/her abilities,makes career goals and create future work success by designing, learning and action plan inorder to achieve per-determined goals. This study is based on human service department andSPSW(social policy social work) that is a leading center for teaching and research in the socialsciences in western Australia. This present study of career planning is going to show about theimportant of setting career goals for social worker. Requirements or selection criteria for socialworkerand all skills like communication, team working and GCSEs A-C 5 year of degree coursealso play a vital role for accomplishing goals and taking growth in social work job role. Furtherthis study will show strengths, weaknesses and opportunities which social worker posses Byanalyzing own strengths and opportunities they can fulfill selection criteria of SPSW(socialpolicy social work). Jobadvertisement is a type of advertisement through which recruiter or employer are able toannounce about the vacancies, job position and form of employment by various medium such asnewspaper, company website, social media, recruitment agency, recruitment website and websiteetc. (Breaugh, 2017). By the help of job advertisement, Company is able to communicate the jobdescription, person specification, job location, job application opening – closing date & time, jobinterview date, job salary, how to apply (by CV or by application form) job employment startingdate and type of employment etc. It is considered to be an important document as well as part ofthe recruitment because it helps company to reach at the large amount of the audience as well ashelp in getting pool of candidates. It is an external recruitment method through which companyis able to select new employees who may come with new ideas or new skills. A well written jobadvertisement helps in creating brand image of the organisation as well as there are high chancesfor the responses from the candidates to the advertisement. It helps organization to get the rightcandidates for the particular job role out of pool of candidates.
