INTRODUCTION
Business organisation is an entity that is formed for the purpose of carrying different
business activities. To become a successful entrepreneur it is essential to develop the required set
of skills which will help an organisation to make different strategies and plans to regulate proper
functioning and operations in effective and efficient manner. To deal with the constant changes,
it is important to built and acquire new skills and knowledge that will enable the organisation to

which is formed as a partnership in 1869 by John James Sainsbury with Mary Ann, in Covent
Garden, London. The company has started as a retailer of fresh food and later started dealing in
packed food products and groceries. This report discusses the portfolios and the need to include
personal statement and CV. It also discuss a brief overview of organisation, a reflection of
personal statement and skill gaps which an individual should work on by developing a significant
action plans to develop the relevant skills and knowledge.

essential for an organisation and entity to identify the candidates which they are looking for with

their performance and helps to achieve the desired goals and objectives. To grasp the

Curriculum vitae is a document which showcase the professional and academic accomplishments
of an individual. It showcase the contact information, education, research experience , teaching
