is also important for the individual as it provides them the space for ongoing reflection. It is also
essential as it provides motivation and guidance to an individual.
This personal portfolio includes the information related to the personal statement in context to
the application for purpose of the volunteer as well as work experience placement. It consists CV
which is highlighting the personal skills in relation to the post in view. Moreover, it consists
action plan tailored for purpose of developing the skills. A personal statement can be described
as the application for purpose of studying at a university or college. It is one of the important
components as it provides a chance to a person for purpose of articulating the reason a person
will prefer to study a course or the subject and also the types of experience and skills, they
possess in order to reflect their passion for a specific field. The reason behind the development of
the personal statement is to provide evidence to a person about the suitability for the specific
subject by outlining the skills, experiences and other things about a person. It also illustrates the
academic achievement of the person (Barnett and Musewicz, 2022). It outlines the personal

Chosen organisation is the Google in which I want to apply. Google is one of the American
multination company which was identified by the Larry Page and Sergey Brin in the year 1998.
It is a continually growing company which is offering different types of products and services to
its customer. Different offering of the company includes the Gmail, cloud computing, navigation,
web browsing, operating system, productivity, photo storage, navigation, language translation,
music streaming, video on demand, gaming, artificial intelligence, machine wearable technology,
machine learning, video calling, smartphones, smart home and other things (Blue, 2022). It is
one of the most innovative environments which is always focusing on adopting new things.
Google is also an organisation which is focusing on the satisfaction of the employees. It is one of
the organisations which is famous for its policy for its staff. Google is one of the organisations
which is offering a good salary to its customers which allows them to retain the customers. It is
also offering a number of perks and benefits to its customer. I have different skills and
capabilities which is important for purpose of developing of good career opportunities. These
skills include communication skills, motivation, problem-solving and leadership skills. These
skills make me more effective and skilled which allows me to get good employment
opportunities. I am a person who always focuses on change and also focusing on improving my
capabilities. These requirements match the requirement of Google. All these things make me
interested for purpose of applying for the job for Google.

A commercially and academically astute marketing manager is able to work with passion for
ideation, manufacturing, design of new and innovative products for purpose of saving time. I
also have deep knowledge and understanding of marketing principles along with market
knowledge for demand and supply. I also have proper research ability which allows me to
understand the requirement of customers. It is also important for me to develop an understanding
of problems faced by customers which will provide guidance to an individual for a future period
of time. I also have proper expertise for the purpose of social media marketing which is
important for the purpose of increasing awareness of the products and service through the social
media platform (Education, 2022). For this, I am able to use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and
other things. It consists different principles which allow me to promote the product in the
marketplace. I hhave a proper experience in the Café Pod which provides me the opportunities
for purpose of using this experience in the future. It is one of the experiences which is important
for me in order to develop new knowledge, skills and capabilities. I also have some of the skills
which make me efficient for the purpose of attaining different opportunities. Some of the skills
possessed by me include communication skills, motivation, problem-solving and leadership
skills. I can also have understanding of demand supply rule which is important for me to analyse
about the demand occurred in the marketplace. These information can be shared by the
marketing managers of the company to the production team as they are operating according to
the market demand.

also the skills employers possess. It is one of the important components which makes a person
more able to perform a job. Self-assessment helps a person to identify their present condition and
allows them to compare it with the standards set by them. On basis of skill gap, a person will be
able to develop skills required by them for purpose of the job as well as skills possessed by
