with the careerer goals (Lee, Shim and Yoo 2022). Skills play a crucial role to encourage the

growth. To develop their skills they wants to focus and update their knowledge which give future
benefits, along with they need to doing some important courses which helps them to update their
CV and get batter job. In this report it make the personnel portfolio of an individual to get batter
job and this reports is divided into three sections (Blasko, Pokropek, and Sikora,2018). First
sections explain what portfolio contains and second section describe what things they include in
CV and last sections is related to the personal SWOT and make actions plan of those things
which they need to improvement.

skills, hobbies, training, experiences and many more. It helps to insight their personality and
working ethics which is beneficial for getting the right job, this portfolio support the individual
to showcase their experience and work or demonstrate their skills which is necessary for any job
role they want (Bradbury and Galloway, 2021). Although it support the individual to get the right
job which is beneficial for their career growth, along with personal portfolio contains peroneal
details, qualification, job experience, skills, hobbies, certification, career summary, biographical
information and many more this which is necessary for the job role. This personal portfolio is
used during the time of job search and helps to showcase their work or experience to the manger
of the company. When we give interview in any company, so we take CV as a documents which
helps to applying for the job and give brief descriptions of the Carrera experience and highlights
my skills and knowledge, it allows the people to summarize their experiences sand skills.

I am impatient, because of this face lots of problem and this thing impact my work
performance to, I want to improve this weaknesses to build my skills and knowledge, so
I try to work on this I start medications and yoga to control this and also make proper
time table to manage my work and it takes 6 to 8 months duration (Dzau, McNutt and
Ramakrishnan, 2019).
I am not good in team work I face difficulty to doing my work in grouping activity,but I
need to work on this otherwise it impact my performance and I am not abele to get batter
job in my career. I start taking part in grouping activity to improve this weakness and
start analysis myself, along with ask my team members that what things I need to
improve, so that I take necessary step to improve this it takes 3 to 4 month durations
(EkengAmuchi and Akpama, 2021).
