INTRODUCTION
Skills are very important for individual person it helps to build their confidence and encourage
them to doing something innovative and creative. Skills developments is the process which help
to enable the people to increase their knowledge and ability which is good for the their Carrera
and personal growth. If people have to develop their skills, so they need focus to update their
knowledge and do some courses which give benefits in their Carrera growth (Altan, 2022). In
this report it made personal portfolio of the people and this report is divide in two parts section A
and section B. First part is related to that what portfolio contain such as personal development,
CV and their i9mportnace. Along with it gives company overview which they choose. Section B
include CV and action plan of those skills which need improvement.
MAIN BODY
Section-A
Personal Portfolio is the compilation of materials which include the skills, qualification,
education, training, experience, hobbies and so on. It provides insight their personalty and work
of ethics. Personal portfolio helps to showcase their work and demonstrate the skills which are
needed in any potential role. Along with portfolio helps the people to find the jobs and it include
this things such as biographical information, headshot, Carrera summery, academic transcripts,
list of the skills, licences and certifications, contact information and so on. Portfolio is very
helpful during time of job search, portfolio showcase their work to the company manger. It is
beneficial for independent contractors, consultants and those person who wants to provide work
samples for their clients (Shanmugam, and Kalyanaraman, 2019).
CV is a documents which is used when any individual person applying for their jobs, it allows
the people to summarize their education, experience and skills, because HR manger are not
having enough time to read their peroneal details, so CV is the short summery of all this things
which they achieve and their skills are beneficial for the company growth. Good CV create a
good impression in interview and effective CV include this things which are listed below:
Contact details- The name of person. Home address, mobile number and email address.
Birthdate is not necessary it is irrelevant and useless, because they are applying for job.
Profile- It consist those statements which helps to highlights their main attribute and
give confident to stand out in crowd. It give the few relevant achievements and skills

focuses that what sector they choose and their CV cover all this things which require for

Work Experience- Give a list of their working experience and what things they learn in
pervious jobs and include name the company, job tittle, how long they were with the

Skills and achievements- In this section they mention their achievements what they get
in school and collage. Although they can talk about thee foreign language they speak,
they can mention their skills list which is relevant for their job.
Interest- They can mentions their hoodies and interest and those which they like to doing
in free time. Relevant interest helps to provide the complete pictures of who there are.
CV helps the people to promote yourself to an employer and its is essential documents
which include all necessary things that helps them to give relevant details which are
require in job.
Personal development– It is related to the self- improvement which consist those activities
which helps to develop the personal capabilities and potential which give self-confident to
take batter decisions in tough situation (Osiyi, and Jiburum, 2020). To develop their skills they
can make personal development plan which helps them to develop their knowledge and make
some creative ideas and content which support them to improve their self skills and assist them
to achieve their desired goals in career. While making personal development plan they need to
assure that they have complete knowledge about there weaknesses and strengths, because it is
necessary to formulate and evaluate the plan in better way (Calicchio, 2020). Personal

is increasing and interview is tough, so to get this job firstly I need to highlighted my resume as
well as develop my skill and doing proper research that what skills are require for this job and I
am capable enough for this or not. My main career objective is to get job in most reputed
company and last few years I take time to refresh my skills and now I am ready to take new

skills which proven my ability to interpret data and many more skills I have which I mention in
my resume. I complete my first diploma for early years workforce from Oxbridge Home
Learning university, second diploma of Completed Secondary Education (GCSE Equivalent)
from Bulgaria in 2007. Along with I win award in Bookkeeping and Accounts from Kensington
and Chelsea College in 2015 and I have Professional English Certificate of London College of
Business and Finance and I complete this course in 2008. I have a goo working experience in
Carrera, I am healthy and safety and facilities administrator in KBC care ltd company in,
London, Palmers Green and my general responsibilities such as doing auditing which I related to
health and safety, keep records all the certificates and making sure that they are doing on time,
dealing with facilities, maintaining the things and repairs and many more responsibilities I have
which I mention in my resume. I take maternity leave to develop my skills and utilize my time to
