I am Joe which is working under Restaurant as waiter for two years now I get new job role in
another where I worked as managers due to my experience about the field. There are number of
skills and abilities are developed in my personality which is beneficial for the management of
Hilton Restaurant . The communication and problem solving skills of my personality becomes so
effective which is sufficient to attracts the customers towards the company. There are number of
goals are present which is set by me to make the process of personality development in effective

manner. The first goal of my life is to becomes the CEO of any reputed organisation of the world
and makes workplace a better place for employees and customers. I have applied for the job
position of Restaurant manager because I have experience in Restaurant management. I have
competed my bachelors and masters in Restaurant management so I have greater knowledge and
understanding regrading Restaurant management concepts that help me to perform all roles and
responsibilities of Restaurant manager. I have various skills, competencies and effective
working experience in Restaurant management field. I like to interact with new people and
understand their needs and demands . Because of these reasons I fascinated towards the job
profile of Restaurant manager. There are number of expectations are present with in regards to
this particular job role. The most important expectation of mine from the post of manager is to
achieve growth in career which motivates me to perform better. One of the most important
reason which organisation enjoy by selecting me in this job role is the presence of experience of
the industry. The another advantage which management can enjoy is that the communication
skills of my personality is very effective which helps to attracts number of customers towards the
services of the organisation. It is important for me to develop new skills which helps me to
achieve number of skills and makes me able to become more competitive.
