Yes. I would like to work in the company as this company is one
of the reputable hotels in Canada and is known to provide better
growth and development opportunities to its employees within the
sector. With the same, this position too, fits into my career goals
and plan. I have always wished to work in hospitality sector and
this would be a great opportunity for me to start my career from.
Also, I think, in this company, I could be an active member of a

knowledge and experience for the service of man-kind in general
and my country in particular under the supervision of a well-
reputed organization in a challenging and dynamic working

Reflection
The attributes that I possess, which make me a good worker include- I have a very
strong work ethics, I am dependable, flexible and effective communicator and at the same
time, I always show a positive attitude towards everything whether it be a change or conflict
or decision making process. With the same, I am also very self-motivated and I work
effectively with little direction. Moreover, I am team-oriented and I believe in making most
out of collaborative practices. However, as far as my weaknesses or my weak attributes are
concerned, I would like to mention that I am a very bad public speaker and at times, I get

very nervous when I am given the task of communicating and interacting with couples of
people who are very new to me. During such times, my skill of effective communication gets
influenced and most of the time I fail in successfully finishing up the meeting. However, I do
not think that this weakness of mine would hamper my job role and duties in any way as I do
not need to conduct meetings in this position. But I believe that with the passage of time,
while interacting with many new people and customers from diverse background and culture,
I could overcome this weakness of mine. Hence, I would like to say that if I would be the
employer, then I would be definitely hiring someone like me who is very much suitable for
this position based on these above mentioned positive attributes.
