INTRODUCTION
Carrier action plan and self reflection is the method of developing personal skills and
knowledge or experiences from feedbacks and from the past experiences (Crane, and et.al.,
2019). Development of skills is important for personal and professional life development and for
higher academics for learning new things and knowledge easily. This report will cover all the
things or feedbacks which is been developed from past assignments and experiences. This will
also include personal analysis of current skills, knowledge and experiences both academic and
from other areas of individual life. Furthermore, it will include development of career action plan
with short and long term actions required to prepare for an opportunity in the area researched and
the actions must be smart, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, time- bound. Lastly it will also
include preparation of Curriculum Vitae and Linkedln profile with full experiences and
knowledge of personal details in it.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
From My personal analysis from the past assignment I get to know a lot of things which I
have developed and need improvements in My knowledge, skill, and experiences. I explained all
My graduation degree in marketing and My interest in choosing a carrier so I explained all the
things or skills or work which is required for studying marketing subjects. I learned that digital
technology in marketing is very important because without internet or social medias the
advertisement and marketing cannot be done and international companies cannot advertise its
products and provide online selling to the worldwide customers. Artificial intelligence plays a
key role in its success without which customers cannot be reaches and market information cannot
be gather easily (Evangelopoulos, and et.al. , 2020). I have to a learn all the online marketing,
strategic thinking for effectiveness in the work.
Skills and Strength which are best and which are lacking for My future operation
The skills which I developed and are My strength are My communication skill and
leadership skill which is required everywhere in the business. Communication helps me to

communicate My ideas and thoughts easily to others and it is My greatest strength because
without communication nothing can be achieved easily (Suratno, 2019). I am good at listening to
other thoughts and ideas and explaining My too so In My past performances the effectiveness of
My performances was high because every team member is listening to My thoughts and ideas
carefully and sharing their too. Strong Communication made My leadership strong because team
members were listening to my ideas and obeying My orders because of My good listening skill
and I am good at motivating others with My communication skill they both are My biggest
strength for My future effectiveness.
The weakness and skills which were lacking is My critical thinking skill and
interpersonal skills are weak due to which I cannot find the solutions to the problems easily and
facing problems in understanding the situations of problems due to low deep thinking skill. The
biggest problems that were coming in between is My weak interpersonal communication skill
which are lacking due to I am not socially active and this is important in the field of marketing.
Knowledge
From the past experiences I get to know that I need to increase My knowledge in digital
marketing By learning various E networking course for knowing how to work on social sites or
all types of Online marketing for efficiency in the work. Knowledge of E marketing in nowadays
in globalisation is important because increasing number of peoples and competitions in the
market has led to the emergent use of digital marketing and those who do not have any kind of
knowledge related to this field will have to suffer a lot (Hughes, C., 2018). Although My
knowledge in understanding cultural diversity people is excellent which is required in the field of
marketing due to cultural peoples and international market and understanding each business and
due to globalisation.
Experiences
I experienced a lot of things in My marketing graduation about the artificial intelligence,
technical jargons in social media, online marketing, various skills which are required for
marketing. I experienced marketing is a wider filed in which it has many functions interrelated to
each others like selling, production, distribution and finance etc. and all this functions need
different areas of knowledge and skills. From My personal experiences marketing experiences is
necessary so further future development of My in future (Vlasenko, 2018). I still have to
