I identified a vacancy for the job role of head of sales and marketing- OEM and
aftermarket at the Surface Transforms, in UK. This is the appropriate job vacancy for me as the
field I wanted to go into is automobile industry and this job is a best fit for me. This job role is of
interest to me as the job requires an individual in the age limit of 23-30, in that I specifically
qualified. I am qualified for the job responsibilities that are directing and management of the
business as well as sales development operations; it also includes the pricing, brand building and
promotional strategies. It fascinates me as the job involves the close liaison with the principals
and it requires to plans as well as implementation of the aggressive strategies for achieving the
desired sales, profitability objectives and market shares for the company.
I need to maintain the key customer base, monitor the market trends, exploring the
growth opportunities as well as implementing the innovative campaigns for promotion. I need to
train, lead and motivate the teams marketing professionals and highly competent sales. It is a
science and technology. The design and production of the goods involve the application of
