INTRODUCTION In the prescribed research report I am going to cover information related with my profession in the field of HR. HR is regarded as the profession which is having greater importancewithin the organisation so that employeesmay render their skillswithin the organisation so that business objectives can be attained. HR is the profession whichhelps the organisation to manage their productivity in such a manner that business objectives can be accomplished in systematic manner(Roach and Sauermann, 2017).I am inclined towards the profession of HR as this role helps the organisation to manage their employees in a manner that their role can be executed within the company. I believe that I am having skill of managing people and along with this I can communicate with people in easy manner which are needed within the profession of HR.HR of an organisation need to solve different issues so that communication is the major element so that in terms of the profession communication is one of the significant reason so that I am willing to develop career in this field. I am willing to build my career as HR associate after finishing my degree of graduation. This is the report which is associated with such trends which are added within HR profession and this makes this profession superior than any profession. This profession has different skills, knowledge and experience and by a graduate individual those are willing to manage their career within the industry are needed to have these skills. I have collected information related with the area using primary and secondary methods. In order to manage secondary information I have used different articles books and journals. Besides this in order to gather primary information I have managed an interview with the people working in field of HR. So that the current research report is helpful for the graduates so that they can make their career in HR department in effective manner. ANALYSIS AND APPLICATION General trends which impact on HR profession (Secondary research) There are different types of trends in every type of business profession as it makes them more superior and important(Potts, 2020). Organisations and employees follow these changing trends related to business profession so that they can improve their brand identity and improve the skills and knowledge of talented employees in the company. There are several important latest trends included in the HR profession which are explained below:
Globalisation– Globalisation is considered as one of the most important trends in the profession of HR. HR executives and assistant are greatly impacted by the latest trends because they need to hire people from the international market in order to expand and grow the business in different market to gain more customer base. This trend also helps in improving the diversity levels of the company by allowing HR executive to hire candidates from different countries which helps in increasing the growth and productivity. The globalisation trend also effected the skills and knowledge of graduates that the company expect from them. Companies generally recruit individuals who have great knowledge about culture, policies and language related to different countries so that they can help in managing the business operations with international clients as well as employees. Machine learning and artificial intelligence– Advance technology is another greatest trend in the profession of HR. New technologies have impacted the business operations positively of the company as it helps the HR to complete their work and tasks within a given time period and conveniently. HR profession uses artificial intelligence like software for tracking employees because it will help the HR executives in managing and controlling the recruitment process of prospective applicants and managing the flow of existing workflow. Methods of artificial intelligence are useful for HR profession because it helps in eliminating the bias from the selection and recruitment procedure (English and et. al, 2017). It also includes machine learning and chatbots for attaining systematic access of the useful and important information. The trend related to HR also effects the career of existing graduates who wants to become HR executive as most of the companies need employees who have a proficient knowledge related to advance technologies. This helps the company in managing their activities and operations so that they achieve competitive advantage inn the market. Importance to mental health:Another trend within HR is related with giving importance to mental health. HR profession is emphasised over managing and providing welfare to employees in such a way that employee contribute to the organisation in context of their skills. The HR professionals of current time are focused over providing work-life balance to employees and flexible working hours to employees so that employee in dedicated manner employees may perform their duties. In other words it can be said that HR professional motivate and engage employees in such a manner that health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress can be

When employees are added with different background will continuously provide cooperation in the organisation(Theodos and et. al., 2016). This helps the organisation that to manage positive brand image in the organisation as in the organisation every culture and people with different gender are present. This is regarded as the trend which is having impact ongraduates those are planning to make their career in HR professional as in the current time diversity and affiliation. In other words it can be said that organisations are in need of such people those are confident and able to express their ideas. General trends which impact on HR profession (Primary research) For the purpose of collecting raw information regarding the trends in HR profession, an interview was managed. With the help of interview information related with HR managers was collected sothat value can be attained within the research. From this, primary research can be conducted and at the same time information related with latest trend within the industry can be analysed. This is examined that artificial intelligence is necessary for the industry that to use different software so that working of HR can be made easier. With the help of artificial intelligence on-board employees can be selected and at the same time experience of employees can also be developed. Besides this, another trend is to manage mental health within individual so that satisfaction among employees can be created. So that this is essential for the organisation that to include such trends within the organisation so that to increase overall reputation into the market.
The knowledge, skill and experience needed Key skills: Communication skill:Communication skill is one of the skills needed in the profession of HR. This is the major link between employees and employers with the activities of the organisation.HRprofessionalsconveyessentialinformationtoeverystakeholdersothat appropriate decisions could be carried at right time. Administrative skill:The other significant skill is administrative skill which should be in HR executives because it includes managing payroll and leaves of employees. This helps in the management of every activity of employees. Training skill:The other skill is training skill which should be in HR profession because these HR make new employees aware about the activities and tasks so that they do it effectively and efficiently. Managing priority skill:Another important skill is priority skill in which an HR executive should have the capacity to manage any kind of conflicting and dispute ideas. This assists in identifying priorities at right time so that work could also be done in a significant way. Proactivity skill:The other vital skill in the HR profession is proactivity skill. These professionals should be capable enough to identify potential challenges and issues at right time so that proper action could be taken(Falco and Steen, 2018). Key knowledge: Technical knowledge:An HR executive should have knowledge of advance technologies so that they can understand the importance of advance technologies and take advantages of it. This includes proper information about the software and tools so that work of HR could be done in an effective and efficient way. Conceptual knowledge:An HR must have knowledge of theories, models and concepts of human resource because this helps in performing job responsibilities and roles in a significant way. This assists in doing work with greater ethics and making every employee satisfied in the organisation. EVALUATION From the above accumulated information this can be said that job role of HR is associated with my greater interest as I believe that I have all such skills and knowledge which
are needed within the job role for executing all the roles and responsibilities. This is the profession which is going to consider people and their management. The job role of HR executive is emerging in nature which is having wide future scope. I have analysed that I am having greater knowledge in understanding people so that by analysing needs of people appropriate outcomes can be undertaken.
