INTRODUCTION
In the present research report I will be wrapping information about HR profession. In
recent time having career in Hr professional holds a very great importance within an
organisation. Human resources in a company focus on attracting and hiring best candidate so
that goals and objective of business can be attained. I am quite interested towards the Hr
profession as I feel like managing employee in a company is the toughest duty that needs to
play by hr manger. According to my opinion I believe that i posses the ability to mange
people in effective manner. I can easily communicate with employee which helps in resolving
any issue or grievance in softer manner (Kooij and Boon, 2018). I urge to develop my career
in the field of hr after completing my graduation. This report is also based on various trends
that help in defining Hr profession as superior career option than any other profession in
business. This report will also cover various skills and knowledge and experience necessary
to be posses by recent graduate who has wish to develop a career in Hr. In this report data is
collected from various primary and secondary sources so that detailed knowledge can be
acquired. For obtaining secondary information different sources is being used by me some of
them are books, articles, website etc. On the other hand, for ascertaining primary information
I conducted interview from the employee who is related to Hr domain. Thus, the current
investigation is quite significant for the fresh graduate as they can opt for Hr profession as
their career option (Simčić, 2018).

There are different trends in each and every type of profession because it helps in
defining their career as superior to other. Various organisation and staff follow these trends in
order to improve their goodwill and also to attract talented employee towards their business.
Some of the latest trends within Hr are discussed below:

globalisation. Hr assistant and executive has hugely impacted by the trend because this helps
them to recruit candidate from the overseas market in order to diversified workforces and

culture and language spoken in different nation so that they can put there hundred percent in
managing the business operation of international employee as well their customer.
Artificial Intelligence and machine learning: Another latest trend in the domain of
Hr profession is using of advance technology in business operation. Technology has large
impact on the way Hr works so that their work can be completed in timely manner. Various
technology involves in Hr field are artificial intelligence which helps the HR department to
track the performance of their employee and mange their working. It also assists in
controlling the recruitment process and the workflow of the company (Kryscynski and et. al,
2018). AI methods are one of the useful technologies of Hr profession as it aids them to
eliminate duplication of work and any biasness while attracting and hiring candidate. It also
includes chat bots and machine learning for systematic access of the significant data.
The trend of advanced technology affect the recent graduate who want to build there
profession as executive or manger because it helps organisation to have those staff which
have great skills related to technology. Organisation needs those workforces who can install
advanced technology in their working so that they can create smooth and flexible working
approach.

Diversity is another important trend that hold significant role because this help the HR
mangers to involves various people in the organisation. Employees are being gathered from

Promoting diversity helps the business to respect each and every caste, religion, values,
gender and many more.

important role as it deliver various software’s and apps which creates smooth and convenient
working operation (Cascio, 2019). With the help of AI, angers can easily choose and on-
board staff within the company. On the other hand, another trend that is mental health is also
equally important because it aids company to create a positive and friendly working space so
that employee can feel satisfied while working in the organisation. Thus, from the collected
data it is significantly seeing that organisation need to follow trends in order to maintain their
reputation and good will (Stone, Cox and Gavin, 2020).

the profession which I consider to be the perfect for me to develop career in respect to the
other profession in business because it performs the role of managing employee in the
company. I also think that I have great knowledge and understanding about human behaviour
and I can easily identify their needs and wants. Therefore, I will opt HR field as my career
option so that i can achieve great success.
