This report consists an evaluation of future career planning and decision which is
related to knowledge, skills and experience during academic period. Career future planning is
helpful to plan career for the recent graduate students. My main aim is to pursue my career as
a marketing professional and for this I am seeking a job for Human resource executive in
public sector to begin my career development. This report include a primary and secondary
research to know more about future trends and key skills, knowledge and experience
expected from a graduate student who are interested in working in Corporate sectors (De
Oliveira, Cavazotte and Alan Dunzer, 2019).

General trends
General trends for human resource executive are important for the students who are
pursuing their career in that fields. According to the primary and secondary research, the
general trends of HR executive in corporate sectors and all these trends are able to make a
strong impact on function of HR.
Focus on workplace experience: In new trends companies are focusing on
experience of an employee in an organisation rather than focus on the engagement of an
employee. To achieve the better performance and experienced employee; they focused on the
purpose of an employee and to find out the main purpose and meaning of their work (16 HR
trends you need to know in 2020, 2021). Autonomy of the employees as to work anywhere
they want. And belongings which include their culture, knowledge, generations etc. most of
the corporate sectors are work and focusing on the aspect of employees capability rather than
their experience in the different organisation.
Increasing competition: In corporate sectors, the HR profession is increasing which
has unintentionally increase the competition. Even in the small scale organisation, various
HR executives are facing competition within the market. Globalisation is the important cause
of changing the nature of employment and work within the company at a different
prospective. For this the skills and knowledge are changed while completing the need of
company to retain in this competitive corporate world. These increasing competition is very

Communication skills: The most common skill which are required for the post of
HR executives. Communication is the essential process of the company as HR
professional has to make a link in between the company and their employees. All

make a good bound with employees in order to become a good source of information
for other employees of the company. For example, if there is some rules and
regulation are formulated within the organisation then, it is expected from the HR that
they understand that particular change and communicate that change within other
employees.
Administrative experts: This is again work as the major part of an organisation for
the role of HR executive. This include the work like, employees leave, absents, in and
out flow of the employees with an organisation, different payroll aspects and other

technologies are helpful for the post of HR but at the same time it will never decrease
the work load of an HR. They have to mentioned an integral part of job and report and
collect the data in a prescribed manner. Either in small, medium or large organisation
the need of HR is increasing or this skill is mandatory in every type of corporate
organisation.
HRM skills, knowledge and expertise: It is important to have some expertise
knowledge and skills which are required to make a good HR executive. Previous work
knowledge and experience is very helpful in the stream of HR. As it complete a
physiological need of HR executive and at the same time it remove the burden from
the organisation as well (Hooley and Rice, 2019). The knowledge of functions of HR
is very helpful for the person like recruiting, selecting, data reporting, and many other
personal processes. Having a background of HRM in educational life is also helpful
for the growth of the HR executive profession in corporate life.
Advising: This is one of the important key skill for the post of HR executive. It is to
make a strong advice related to different stakeholders and investors within a corporate
strategic equations which are related to professional and personal life.

knowledge about codes of conduct, staff coordination, absent data, counselling,
performance appraisal, prevention of harassment, internal job movements which are
create the demotion, transfer and promotion etc.

which are related organisation and their structure, culture and different values for

me in one way as it include all the elements which are required for the applicant that must
administer duties which include assisting office manager with some administrative tasks and
work with HR manager in performing the HR duties. It further require the duties for
implementing the policies and procedure in the organisation, provide strategic information
which help the company to grow in market. Further this job profile needed a person who have
good communication skills who can effectively communicate with employees and employers.
While performing all the jobs, they are not require the person who have great experience
rather than they are seeking for a person who have knowledge and recent experience with
recent trends and knowledge of HRM. For all of this, they are paying equivalent to a payment
which are completing the need of agency worker regulation act. Redbridge organisation was
also provide some consultant who help the new joined to learn the basic rules and regulation
of company and help them to work in the new culture of organisation. They have further
options to earn extra income by referring some other candidate or good employee in the
organisation. This job profile is very attractive and effective. I am interested in working with
any corporate sector, and as I have not such prior experience, but my deep knowledge and
skills are helpful for me to work in that post without facing any trouble during working as on
this post. I preferred this job as it will allow me to communicate with the others and build my
network effectively. To start my career this job is seems perfect as it would help me to gain
some experience. I can further pursue my career in future in some big and reputed
corporation. In addition to this I will learn new skills and knowledge that would help myself
to make better future.

From the above report it is concluded that while making personal career research
report, it is essential to make right steps in order to make a successful career path. While
making my career research report, I concluded that it is important to have some basic skills
and knowledge related to communication and management in order to make an impressive
career profile. I choose HR profile which are impressive and career oriented profile as per my
skills and ability.
