accurate working goals can be framed onto which larger vision can be set according to
functional development (Ali, Ilyas, and Rehman, 2016). The feedbacks by professors and
working mentors under my universities during seminars and lectures where i gained large
experience will enable me to develop future development goals to get my desired job within
the expected time frame. I have analysed that marketing manager is one of the most highly
effective prominent job role within retail industry which is vividly changing under various
parameters and innovation skills with creativity is highly in demand for gaining large
experience through which i will be able to relatively pertain on new ethics and strengthen my
current weaknesses. I analysed that marketing manager need to develop various skills such as
creative mind set, high efficient communication skills through which supervision is well
established among all levels within company where all workers are working under the
leadership of marketing manager.
I analysed that my communication skills and conceptual learning skills are strong
which will aid me in further developing my talents and leadership arenas through which i can
work onto higher prominent goals with high focus. Along with conceptual learning technical
knowledge to bring out high rational creativity and new ideas with best functional
development and effective usage of all resources which will enable me to develop high
effective functioning within my job are the high effective metrics onto which i will plan my
