MIAN BODY Personal analysis The current skills, knowledge and experience related to work job role for marketing manager can be understood by the fact that professional career can be achieved highly by working towards strengthening skills, talents which are currently weak within me where i need to focus. Knowledge and experience are highly correlated to each other through which accurate working goals can be framed onto which larger vision can be set according to functional development (Ali, Ilyas,and Rehman, 2016).The feedbacks by professors and working mentors under my universities during seminars and lectures where i gained large experience will enable me to develop future development goals to get my desired job within the expected time frame. I have analysed that marketing manager is one of the most highly effective prominent job role within retail industry which is vividly changing under various parameters and innovation skills with creativity is highly in demand for gaining large experience through which i will be able to relatively pertain on new ethics and strengthen my current weaknesses. I analysed that marketing manager need to develop various skills such as creative mind set, high efficient communication skills through which supervision is well established among all levels within company where all workers are working under the leadership of marketing manager. I analysed that my communication skills and conceptual learning skills are strong which will aid me in further developing my talents and leadership arenas through which i can work onto higher prominent goals with high focus. Along with conceptual learning technical knowledgetobringouthighrationalcreativityandnewideaswithbestfunctional development and effective usage of all resources which will enable me to develop high effective functioning within my job are the high effective metrics onto which i will plan my goals (Brennan, Canning and McDowell, 2020).Experience of various lectures and seminars
of professors has build my vision to work onto more high developed gaols which will reflectively enable me to get strong perspectives towards my rational job role. I also analysed that i need to learn and practice more analytical skills which will develop my creativity and fast problem solving skills under various projects by which profound experience will also enable to gain more rational thinking. Marketing manager is one of the most important high functional role under which strong effective skills are required and to program out best fundamentals to develop future parameters. The marketing manager is one of the high developed role and technically high effective rational keen synergy specific work paradigms through which large rational synergy can be generated on large grounds.The experience of working as marketing manger will develop my professional portfolio and working plethora to develop strong success onto various arenas and collectively program out new synergy of high effective working platforms to rationally built my expertise onto leadership also. I analysed that i need to learn more profound analytical skills which will not only technically promote me to work more profoundly towards my role but alsomake me more viably activeto solve real life situations betterin business scenario which will promote my vision to be more super active towards dynamic business demands (El Hosiny, 2017).There are various professors and mentors whom i look upto to develop my synergy and ethical working sills to be strong at my job role of marketing manager which is one of the most challenging role to develop my synergy onto working parameters to rationally think above. I also acknowledged that practical experience and live relative working patterns to develop new synergy of ideas and rationally uplifting my skills with continuous experience and practice is highly important to be effective to develop within my set job role. Marketing skills will be more effective once i look upon various parameters and fundamentals through which i can functionally develop high ethical thinking and fast impactful working actions under which large ethics are involved. The job role of marketing manager will be best to bring out my skills forward in my professional career and to think upon developing best yielding synergy through which my professional services can be more successfully learnt with high advancement of technicality. I also determined that the synergy with which i plan to move forward in my career where the technical effectiveness will enable me to regenerate my skills and creativity to quick decision making and functionally look upon various new rational paradigms to build my career.
