INTRODUCTION Career view point is considered as key perspective of human or individual person related to pattern of employment and academic experience, through which they learn something new and develop skill. The current assignment will be based on specific job opportunity and that is store manager. It will explain personal analysis, that covers brief description about areas do individual lack evidence in, where they need further evidence in their applications and where they feel weak inoverallprocess.Furthermore,thestudywillalsodefinecareeractionplanbasedon development areas with key points or elements such as time frame, approaches in the context of area development and more. Lastly, the report will specify CV format to apply for store manager. MAIN BODY PERSONAL ANALYSIS General review of current competencies, experience, and knowledge Personal analysis is usually defined as process of analysing own skills and effectiveness that they might be had or not (Yu, 2020). This procedure may contribute to provide individuals a basic review of their competencies, understanding and experiences related to varied things that put positive impact on their career growth as well as success. With this process, I had gain varied benefits in bulk in term of collecting information about competencies that I have and also about major & essential skills that I do not had. I want to share my personal experience and knowledge that I have. For example, I am posing better understanding about team work and leading a group of people, because I have leadership skillthat I will utilize while working as a store manager. It is one of those competencies that play significant role in growth and unpredicted success of a person (Ali, and Anwar, 2021). With the help of this competence I would take benefit of managing the performance of diverse workforce at workplace among which each candidate able to achieve strategic aims of company, which is quite beneficial and essential for them to do so. I will utilize my knowledge about leadership in work area, for purpose of enhancing performance of each employee and boosting their morale, which is not that easy for any person or professional to do that because it required a lot of efforts, time and good relation with people. By referring to personal analysis, I want to share information about my another skill and that iseffective communication.This competence along with above one, also provide benefit in the context of my career progress whether it is related to personal or professional (Soekardi,
Indrawati and Erni, 2020). With communication skill I would take approach to interact with others in effective manner who are working for organization and effort to reach desire outcomes. In the recent time, within job market, and business world, employers expects from new joining to have set of skills among which effective communication is the main, as it enable individuals to build trustworthy relation with everyone while working at same workplace. It may give them power to deal with varied challenges effectively and appropriately with better interaction that always make them proud. Along with skills, I am also posing better comprehending aboutconceptual skillsas key knowledge area that made me capable to gain employment benefit as grabbing position of store managerinSainsbury's.Itisoneofthoseabilitiesthatpermitanindividualpersonto appropriately comprehend critical scenarios and develop creative solutions that help to solve each complex situation in effective manner (Petermann and Zacher, 2020). I want to work and start my professional career as a store manager, where I will utilize this skill along with above two. It can be said that individuals expect and consider a manager with conceptual skill as strategic manager because of their competencies, and capabilities to strategize about potential and strategic solutions. I also want to share information about my weaknesses that put negative impact on my chosenjobprofession.Forinstance,Iamnotposingknowledgeaboutmulti-tasking, organizational and motivation skills as well as understanding about technical competence, that I would utilize further. I have lack evidence in all these areas, and tend to require further evidences in my applications. I feel weak in application of solutions related to advance technologies, which is quite important for me to solve and apply each solution appropriately. Along with this, I also not posse understanding about performing different tasks on time as multi-tasking person. It can be said that multi-tasking is one of the best personalities that varied people have and used to achieve desire aims and objectives, whether it is related to professional or personal context. I want to develop motivation skills, because while performing role as a store manager in supermarket in need that. It gives me power to retain and acquire talented employees who are able to achieve common goals and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction level.
