INTRODUCTION
It can be stated that for the career viewpoint made a career action plan for the particular
career and self-reflection is very essential. Career action plan is helps to increased individual
person career development learning it also helps in setting long, medium and short term goals by
setting the specific goals according to that self-reflect the skills also develop and enhance their
skills. Career action plan is a planning document that helps is achieving the set goals this plan is
decided in advance and according to the particular plan identify the plan requirement and it can
be done through the self reflection evaluate our strength and weakness after that improve or
develop it and achieve the specific career(Gould, J., 2017). It is very important through that
timely identify our strength and weakness without this plan not achieve our plan on time. In this
project explain about the Personal analysis; prepare a career action plan, CV, LinkedIn profile
applies for travel and tourism industry.

1. Personal Analysis
For the career action plan personal analysis is very important like know about own values
strengths, transferrable skills, passion, interest, weakness, threat, opportunity and priorities
Through personal analysis identify this all learn and develop new skills that are very important
for the career (Luke, and Gawronski, 2021). To make career in the travel and tourism industry so
with the help of the SWOT analysis identify all skills, weakness, threat and opportunity it also
helps in the career action plan.

SWOT Stand for (strengths, weakness, opportunity, threat) it is the technique for the
analysis of internal and external factor also helps in assesses (Abdel-Basset, Mohamed, and
Smarandache, 2018). SWOT analysis for made career in travel and tourism industry.

badly to the economy and also more
affect to the travel and tourism sector
because during the time pandemic not
allow to travel anywhere so due to that
travel and tourism sector faces big
losses also not job created for this
