below-
Strengths-
I have good communication skill due to my habit of interacting with most of the
knowledgeable people in daily life. A knowledgeable person can help me to grab some
essential knowledge and facts and they also help me to enhance my communication skill

by correcting my vocabulary and many other factors needed in improving communication
skill.
I have good decision making skill and I am coordinative too. Good decision making skill
is learned at my early age at school times when I supposed to read case studies related to
business and solve the questions of those case studies. These activities help me to
understand the things in a better way and find an appropriate solution for given situation.
Weaknesses Sometimes I become nervous while standing in a group of people and representing my
thoughts and ideas. Due to this nervousness I am unable to represent my strength skills
properly to others. Hence, I declared as low skilled person by others. I am unable to manage time for more than one work. I am able to perform a single task
within the time limit but in case more than one work is assigned to me then I can’t
manage time to handle all work together and I got confused too that which activity should
be done first and which one should be later.
Opportunities My knowledge about marketing trends and situation help me to have a good and reputed
job position in marketing department in a reputed company. All companies need to hire a
good knowledgeable candidate so that they should perform their overall work with full
effectiveness (Wolf, 2019). My qualification and extra curriculum courses in marketing subject will help to attract
recruiters. I have done my MBA from marketing with 86% marks in final year. I have
also done extra courses like International Business and Business and the Business
Environment. All these courses help me to learn how to analyse marketing environment
and national level as well as at international level (Meijers, and et. al., 2017). Hence,
these learning will help me to attract recruiters toward my CV and I can clear interviews
also.
Threats
Due to my age I am unable to get highly reputed job initially. I am 22 year old and every
company hire experienced employee for their higher positioned jobs. Hence, I cannot
apply direct for marketing manager. I can apply for marketing assistant manager or any
skill.

their higher positions (Jawahar and Stone, 2017).
The biggest threat is my experience. I have good knowledge and skills but then also I get
rejected due to my profile and that is non experience. I am fresher. I have not done any
