Introduction After the analysis of the specific market trend, knowledge and skills of shipping assistant, it is important for a person to maintain it personal specifications and career action plan. Career action plan is the plan which is made by an individual to achieve it aim and goals. It consists of various goal, resources which are needed for the requirement of the skills, then it consist of time duration in which it is to be completed (Guichard, 2018). Career development is helpful for the market trend of shipping assistant. As there are various difficulties which are being faced by shipping mangers. These are discussed below. As in the given report there is a discussion of personal analysis which consist of strength and weakness of an individual, then it consists of carer action plan, at last there is a conclusion which is made for the given report and the reflection. Main body Personal analysis Personal analysis is referring to the person which are to be made by an individual in developing their career and growth and opportunities for them in future. This consist of person own strength, weakness, opportunities and threats that could help them in analysing their personal analysis. This helps them in growing for their future growth nd future job opportunities. Here I make my SWOT analysis which is used for my future growth opportunities and results in being analysing my own situations as where I stand. The profession which is being chosen in this given report is mangers in a shipping export. This requires various skills and knowledge in being selected in the given industry nd for being a manager at shipping export. There are various skills which are being required are communication skills, negotiation skills, good numeracy skills, teamwork, computer competencies (Kaplan, Lawson, and McCrady, 2018). As these are some of the skills which are being needed by the manager who are working there. These skills will help the manger in coordinating with the team and team members and also with the leaders and also listening to their decisions. In addition, there could be extra skills which are to be needed by a manger is decision making skills, time management skills and problem solving skills. This helps them in making effectively contacts with their staff members. Then the knowledge and experiences that re being needed by becoming a manger is most important. Because there are various knowledge and learning that helps in increasing of their required skills and making effective contacts with the team members. I have gained various
knowledge of shipping export and what all qualities did mangers needed while working in a shipping. I have gained more confident skills in my career profile. As negotiation skills, team working skills and coaching’s skills are the most important which is being needed by the manager. Then here are different skills which are being needed by the mangers who is working in a shipping. So, for that it is important for me to understand and make career action plan which could provide better detail of my strength and weakness. So, some of my strengths are that I have good confidence level, better communication skills, time management skills, soft skills (King, 2020). I am very good at being polity talking to any persona and this helps in being engaging with the company and my team mates. But on the other hand, there are some of my weaknesses is that lack of stress management, lack of computer knowledge and lack of coaching skills. The career overview of the mangers of shipping expert is that they have to be work with the international trade industry and oversees shipment to foreign countries. There could be various activities which are being performed in this profession is to tracking the shipments, informing client for the shipment progress and doing paperwork, leading a team and member of the completing shipping payments etc. as these tasks are to be performed by a manger as this helps me being a good manger in my near future. For this I have to develop more skills and task and knowledge and this will result in being normal. I have to face many of the difficulties in this professional but then have to overcomes from those situations. There is a high value of working in this industry because this cannot be performed by everyone. It is to be clear by some of the person only and only some people will clear the exams. While performing in a profession I have various job responsibilities these may be hiring of a right and qualified candidate, then tracking of the shipment progress and making payment and a leading of a team and working on a computer and communication with the foreign clients. Career action plan Career action plan is the one and the most important technique that is required by the fresher in order to analysis the situation and task of himself. The action plan is very helpful for this student as it consists of various gaols and objectives which are to be active by an individual (Liu, and Boyd, 2020). Conclusion From the above report it has been concluded that career development plan is the one of the most important part of everyone life. As every individual who is looking for their future growth should have to maintain their career action plan so that they could focus on their gaols and objectives and this results in being achieve of their targets. In this chosen career, there is a growth of individual and this results in increasing in my skills and knowledge. It could be related with the right career path and able to making effective career profile for the growth of company. There are various skills, growth and opportunities are analysis by me to make me understand about the targeting and analysing my growth and opportunities.
