INTRODUCTION
Career viewpoint reflects the better pathways so that friendly environment is to be
developed that helps in advancing professional learning, e-learning, development, professional
training which enhance the professional career of a person. In this a person need a effective
communication so that several skills, capabilities, experience, performance and abilities of an
individual person is to be enhanced(Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann, 2018) . Career viewpoint is
very useful to increase the heights in career by identifying the several need and activities in
proper way. By using the previous assignment ait helps in attaining the valuable heights so that
success and growth can be faced. In this I can set the several skills which helps in setting the
pathways for attaining the HR Professional job role. This report involves the personal analysis,
career action plan, CV, LinkedIn profile so that career can be enhanced in effective manner.

PERSONAL ANALYSIS
HR Professional refers to a essential function in which business enterprise can highly
focused to attracts and manage the workforce of the company for a longer period of time so that
high success and growth can be attained by the organisation on set time frame. Enhancing the
career in this field because in this a person can effectively manage, organise and directs the
employees so that activities within business firm can be attained appropriately. It is a vital field
for developing the career with the usage of several technicalities. It includes the best opportunity
for an individual person that can helps to better interactive and presenting in front of the society.
It will increase the standard of living that helps in sustainable growth in the career that helps in
attaining the stability and sustainable in personal and professional career. In this I can focus on
developing the career within HR field because in this I have balance skills and capabilities that
helps in directing the interaction with the people in effective manner. In this I can managed the
several responsibilities so that more changes can be done to measure the skills and gaining the
high experience. To enhance the career in the several field several skills and abilities are to be
included that can be elaborated below:
Skills required
Communication skill- It refers to that skill which is very useful for me to transfer the
information to the other people. It helps in developing the clear understanding and

transparent connection with the individual person so that sustainability can be
maintained. It is important for HR Professional because it helps in managing and
organising the whole requirements of employees so that they are satisfied with their jobs.
Decision making skill- It is a significant skill for enhancing the career within the HR
field because it reflects the ability to take the good decisions out of many. Having this
skill helps in maximising the profit margin so that firm will sustain for a longer period of
time. By getting the support of this skill I can enhance the future growth in professional
career(Guo, Wang and Wang, 2019).
Training and development skills- This skill is very prominent for a me to enhance the
career within HR professional. In this skill proper training is to be transferred to the
employees so that their knowledge, skills, experienced related to particular topic is to be
developed. This skill supports in analysing the different person capabilities, abilities to
perform a task so that offering the right training session is to be done. This helps in
enhancing the profits and profitability of the business enterprise (Vondracek, Lerner and
Schulenberg, 2019).
Business management skill- It refers to that skill which is a integration of planning,
organising, directing, problem solving etc. that helps in running the business
appropriately and systematically. This business management skill is very prominent for a
HR professional because it helps in attaining the targets effectively and efficiently. By
getting the high support of this skill I can manage, organise, direct the staff members so
that employees are retain and company will gain the higher profits.
Leadership skill- It is another skill that an individual can have as a HR professional, In
this they work in a team and manage all the requirements of their team mated in effective
way so that profitability objectives can be attained. It reflected positively when proper
coordination can be show between the members so that goals can be accomplished
appropriately. With the support of this skill I can assist the staff members properly that
helps in raising the profits and productivity of organisation.
Strategic skill- It refers to that skill which is useful for planning the future. It is very
useful to prepare the strategies as per the high demand of changing environment so that
challenges can be overcome effectively. This skill helps me to become a HR professional
and done the planning for future of the company and ourselves as per the changing
