About dementia Dementia stops a person from performing daily activities in a proper way (Bang, Spina and Miller 2015). Patient suffer from memory loss of recent events. There are various changes in personality as well as behavior among the patient (T O'Brien and Thomas 2015).
Person-centered care The challenging behaviors of the patient needs to be addressed (McShane et al. 2019). A proper communication with the patient about their needs must be conducted. The various changes in behavior if the meets of the patient are not met must be looked at.
Individualized plan and reality orientation By following the works of Thomas Kitwood a patient of dementia must be treated. The priority od a dementia patient comes first (Woods et al. 2018). The experience of the people living with dementia will be enhanced.
