 Patient suffer from memory loss of recent events.
 There are various changes in personality as well as behavior among
the patient (T O'Brien and Thomas 2015).

 The challenging behaviors of the patient needs to be addressed
(McShane et al. 2019).
 A proper communication with the patient about their needs must be
conducted.
 The various changes in behavior if the meets of the patient are not
met must be looked at.

 By following the works of Thomas Kitwood a patient of dementia must
be treated.
 The priority od a dementia patient comes first (Woods et al. 2018).
 The experience of the people living with dementia will be enhanced.
