INTRODUCTION
Watson theory refers to the theory of caring which emphasises that any individual should
not be treated like an object and should not be separated from nature, self, larger workforce or
others. This can be effective and can lead to create high impact on delivery of care by healthcare
professional like nurses. This can lead to encompasses the world of nursing which can lead to
emphasis on interpersonal process between the care. In this report, there is discussion about the
Caritas processes and caring while practice from Watson’s theory of transpersonal caring which
can lead to assist student registered nurse to create an opportunity and enable caring moments
which can help to support safe care within patient along family (Al‐Fayyadh et. al., (2022).
There is also discussion about underrating of application of mindfulness within therapeutic
communication that can have which can be effective in taking care of patient for their better and
improved health.

Describing Caritas processes along with caring within practice from Watson theory of
transpersonal caring
Caritas of nurses which can lead to experience along with expression which are associated
with taking care of effective response towards delivery of healthcare service that are associated
with delivery of better and effective response towards the care of patient (Tarani et. al., (2020)).
This can also lead to create high impact on proving effective response where transpersonal caring
can refer to the practice which include the art of caring and enable nurse to provide better and
effective response towards the providing compassion to ease patient along with their families.
Through applying the Watson theory which can be effective can help to provide better and
effective healthcare services which are associated with delivery of care service that can influence
nursing staff to take care of good health (Strickland, (2019)). This can also emphasise the patient
care with more effective response through providing holistic treatment where they get involved
authentic, attentive and personal interaction with patient. Through applying the transpersonal
relationship with patient which can influence better and effective response toward the delivery of
better and effective response towered the professional development, personal spiritual practice
