The cultural identity of the two countries has been measured using Trompenaars andHofestede’s cultural dimensions. Theindulgence scores are in fact similar as well that talks about how well they guide theirchildren on the culture of the country. Therefore, it can be said that any other countrythinking of making relationship with Australia and England can easily consider similarfactors when it comes to consider their culture. However, the dimension of masculinity is alsolow in Australia compared to England that creates an impression that the society is morepatriarchal and make lesser approach in creating a balanced situation in the country. Inaddition to this, the long term orientation is also low that shows that the Australian society isnot much concerned about improving their future.
