different situation in order to propose the viable solution to business problem. Also, the report
presented two case study in order to analyse the different problem (Brown, and et.al., 2022)
Report based on case study of Fitbit, that is US based company which operating business within
fitness wearables industry, organizations offering healths and activity that is related to trackers
that provide conjunction with smartphones. Another company is based on Amazon's Echo and
Echo Dots smart speakers that leads by the category's rapid adoption that is related to adoption
by household. Further, study evaluates the case study by porter diamond model and the values
journey and organizational pathologies.

PORTER DIAMOND INTERNATIONAL MODEL
Michael porter's diamond model is a diamond-shaped framework which is focus on
explaining why certain industries within particular nation are competitive internationally, where
other might not. Also, author argues on that because it is related to the ability for competing the
international arena that is based mainly on an interrelated set of locations advantages which
possess different aspects such as structure and rivalry, firm strategy, demand conditions, factor
conditions, related and supporting industries (Penna and Figueiredo, 2020) This is most popular
model which is defined as the theory of national competitive advantages that is based on
industries as strategic tool also this is followed by companies in order to determine and
developing the basis of competitive advantages need for international expansion of growth.
There are different elements within framework that are interconnected and also interactive firm
strategy, rivalry and structure, demand conditions, factor conditions, related and supporting
industries.
This model is based on case study of Fitbit, that is US based company which operating
