The interpersonal interactions between practices and clients play an important role in
case management, according to the National Association for Social Workers (NASW)
Guidelines for Social Work Case Management. Developing this sort of interaction with your
client helps you to be more involved and to collaborate for them (Andrews, Darnell,
McBride, & Gehlert, 2013).
Most of this concept provides the clients with a supportive place to express their
experiences, problems, and feelings. Clients suggest that the following four traits are the most
important to them in the workplace, according to an analysis by Minnesoto State University
Moorhead:
Understanding
Empathic
Pleasant
Ability to put one at ease

When you integrate these apps, you tell you that you really matter for your consumer and
you are free. The security of secrecy is another important aspect of becoming a stable
individual. It is vital that your consumer understands that you can expect somebody to protect
his or her story.
Principle #2: Using Evidence-Based Practice
With the focus put on evidence-based practice (EBP) in social work gradually, it is an
essential concept of rememberment for staff and case managers. In order to direct and advise
the implementation of therapies and facilities, EBP is a method specialist combining the
following four components: (Keeling, & Van Wormer, 2012).
1. Present requirements, circumstances and climate of the consumer
2. Best proof sufficient for study
3. Company expectations and principles 4. judgment and understanding of the clinician
The Social Work Research Foundation needs evidence-based methodology for
professionals, authorities and customers to collaborate collectively to understand and evaluate
what happens, how and in what contexts. The EBP strategy means that care and programs are
created and delivered in the most effective way.
There is a lot to be said about proof-based methods, but one significant thing is that
certain elements are weighted fairly. Many clinicians and other experts wrongly thought EBP
meant evaluating the strongest data possible, based solely on scientific study. However, a
2015 article on the Clinical Social Work Journal tells us that the proof of study is just one of
the four parts; the remaining three of them are essential to EBP properly (Gaskell, 2010).

Answer 2: Choice of approach and the theories of case
management
Let us go into why the four components of case management are so important.
1. Intake:
The first encounter is with a case manager and a potential client. Each time,
the case manager utilizes personal details on the client, recognizes specific concerns,
begins developing trust and a friendship. It allows a case management to decide
whether the programs that the company delivers can serve a consumer. If they do,
they then determine the particular criteria of the consumer. If the interests of your
case manager lay beyond the company, they should classify and direct the customer to
an appropriate group tool (Mensinga, 2011).
2. Needs Assessment:
Each section of the requirements evaluation draws on the knowledge gathered
during the initial process and reflects more on the unique issues and priorities of the
company. In this step, the primary task of a case manager is to recognize the issues,
expectations and performance threats of the customer. Although each consumer goes
through this process when they first visit a service, it is necessary over time to
reassess the changes in needs and circumstances (Beddoe, Davys, & Adamson,
2014).
3. Service Planning:
The service planning process is particularly critical for a customer's success or
failure. A case planner determines out goals and acts to achieve these goals. The goal-
setting method has culminated in a case strategy that contains metrics and measures to
