In present case, the study is based upon the kangaroo Taxi which is the new company based in Australia carrying the business of online booking of the services of cab booking (Online Cab Booking Software, 2020). They are mainly undertaking the procedure of taking the booking online and also providing relevant services with fulfill the needs and demands of the customer through taking them to the accurate destination. In this report, the discussion is undertaken on the bases of describing the case description, case diagram, reflects the entity- relationship diagram, Class diagram and at last it concluded with the summary of overall project. CASE DESCRIPTION for registering the account Customer For making Booking . . After the confirmation, the account is created and their number are registered. Install the Kangaroo taxi app booking Linking up with any users sites such as Google of Facebook The messages with the pin is indicted regarding their confirmation Once the account is registered, booking is undertaken. Select the area where they had to reach Confirm the booking Select the cab which is near to their place Selecting the mode of payment
Description: In this aspects, the case description relating to registering the accounts or confirmation of booking is stated that it depends upon the customer to register the account thorough which mode of platform. Such as some customer chose the Google, Facebook to log in their accounts instead of avoiding to make new account on the company site (Chen, Yu and Jin, 2019). Thus, in this case the case description is undertaken regarding examining the procedure of registering the account and confirming the booking through examining the actual cost incurred and also setting the pickup and pick drop location. Procedure: By viewing the stated diagram, the first diagram reflects the procedure of the registering the profile on the Kangaroo sites. CASE DIAGRAM Description:In this diagram, the overview of the case is stipulated which indicated that the actuals situation which is undertaking in this business (Limpin and Sison, 2018). By this manner the actual procedure is determined which helps in taking the right decision and also verify the errors which is occurring at that particular places. Procedure: In this case, the overview of the Kangaroo company is stipulated which is planning to start the business online through booking the taxi by phones itself. By this manner, they launch the websites regarding allowing the users to book the taxi through phone. In respect of first users, they had to create the account regarding registering their name in the company sites. Once the registration is undertaken, they receive the notification about their confirmation and thus they can further proceed with their booking. By this manner they became the users of the kangaroo sites and also they can use the booking of the kangaroo in near times (Maciejewski and et.al., 2017). Once the registration is done, they can insert the pickup and pick down destination which helps in searching for the cab drivers near to that place. After inserting the accurate information, the estimated cost are to be incurred regarding reflecting the overall travelling cost. Thus, after finalizing the cost, they click to the confirmation button and cab is booked (Mcgregor and et.al., 2017). As in case of customer, they had to build the relationship though interacting with the servers about the cab available at that place or during that time period. In case of cab drivers, the relationship are to be built in respect of asking about their current position or places from where they had to pick up their new customer (Petrie, INGOGO Pty Ltd, 2016). In respect of tracking the driver position, it is necessary to adapt the latest technology which can track their movement instead of not showing their actual position. In this case GPS system are useful for the driver to reach to the exact position which are expected by the customer to be set off. This is also useful in case of accepting the payment once they book the cab. As various options are given to the customer such as instant cash payment or credit card or using any other app for making payment. Thus, once server accepts the payment, it notify to the cab driver and order confirmation is done regarding receiving the payment from customers (Rahaman, Hamilton and Salim, 2017). According to this perspective, the salary of the driver are stipulated and also Kangaroo enhances the business through increasing sales by this aspects. CLASS DIAGRAM Description: Class diagram mainly determined the relationship between the different class and object which is examined during the time of booking. As various customer had different perspective of confirming the booking and thus, in case of class diagram, it is stated with different perspective and thought of confirming the booking (Rishi, Kaur and Mahawar, 2019).
Procedure: By reflecting the chart, it stated that the firstly in case of users case, they had to managed the operation in respect of answering all the queries which is raised during the time of confirming the booking. It is stated that users class are determined in respect of choosing the type of cabs as every cabs carried different pricing and also the perspective of visitors are also different (Su and et.al., 2018). SEQUENCE DIAGRAM Description: Sequence diagram refers to the carrying the interaction between different types of model which is used to convey the detailed information about the booking. Thus, it refers to the flowing of message from one object to another. By this manner, it describes the particular things which is undertaken in such procedure of booking and such procedure varies from left to right. It mainly displays the lifelines of all the essential things needs in completing the cab booking procedure. Procedure: By reflecting the chart, it stated that the lifeline 1 which is customer, raise the call or book the cab through online site of Kangaroo. Thus, it reflects that customer are interacting with the taxi booking system regarding asking for the cab which is available during that particular time period. Thus, they sign up the cab app to book the cab, once they login to their account, the service check the authenticity of the person regarding confirming about using the app by their own. CONCLUSION From the above study, the report concludes the matters relating to examining the usefulness of internet and serve system in the business. This report cover the matters of online can booking which indicted that through the procedure of server, they can enhances their business in larger way. As customer are mainly attracted to such online sites which provides instant reverts to their queries which they raised. Thus, in this aspects information system play the crucial role regarding resolving the queries by providing the accurate cab facilities within the stipulated time period. In this report, the matters which are concluded through presenting the diagram of the case description and also the overview of the case which reflect the business of online cab booking. It further described the company working style through the sequences, class and activity diagram of the Kangaroo online booking cab business.
