INTRODUCTION The report is based on the Gold-Cinema system that develop the online platform to keep track the information of customers, seats, performance and productions. The primary purpose of system is to record the details and provide better facilities of customer. The documentation will describe about the system development life cycle which mainly identified various activities that will perform, launch, build and maintain the information system in proper manner. It will produce the work break down structure description that supported with the help of table. Furthermore, it will develop the use case diagram that will define the actors, participates those are performing different action within Gold cinema system. TASKS 1. Discuss about the system development life cycle which identifies all different activities, require to build, maintain and launch the information system. System development life cycle is a process used to model which provide the better framework in both technical as well as non-technical activities. In order to deliver the best quality of system and meet the enterprise expectations. In some situation, it also supported to manage in decision-making process. System development lifecycle (SDLC) is consider as systematic process for developing an efficient software (Budiman and Gunarta, 2018). It must ensure that correctness, quality which will build the significant design. It is an essential process that mainly used within system for handling complex task because many cases, it will arise complex condition or situation during execution. So as it support for identifying the complex condition and resolve them in step by step manner. The primary aim of SDLC is to produce high quality of Gold-Cinema system which provide the better facility and service to customer. The system development should be completed in the pre-defined cost and timeframe. This process consists of detailed plan which described that how build, plan and maintain the entire system in proper manner. Planning: It is initial phase of system development life cycle that can identify, discover and define the scope of Gold-Cinema project. In this way, it can be decided that what action and specifying the address any issues, resolved by implementing the new solution (Gechman, 2019). It is to be consider as an important crucial phase which require for identifying need of project success. In order to define overall system architecture effectively and efficiently. This process will be continues after comprehensive analysis. It should be consider the different elements, architecture, components, modules, and user interface and security levels (Pal, 2019). It also defined and designed the process to evaluate how overall system finished work. The system design process will be choosing an effective structure or layout. Afterwards, it produced in detail to ensure system will include essential feature. Coding/ Development: Once the design phase over, it is moving towards next phase whereas develop start to build the entire system by using programming language. It is the most common phase where different task divided into modules, units (Budiman and Gunarta, 2018). This type of process is longest phase of software development lifecycle process. Developer must be following certain predefine coding instruction, guidelines. Sometimes, it also require to use an appropriate tool such as debugger and compilers. 4

Testing and integration: This phase involves the quality assurance team those are performing the overall system testing to identify the errors, bugs (Gechman, 2019). It can be involved with the components and sub system to integrate with whole system. Testing is an important concept which increasing the safety level of system, ensure that customer satisfaction level meet by designing the fault-free system. Implementation: In this phase, system will be checked by Quality team and ensure that entire system use for business process (Pietroń, 2019). Work break down structure is a type of process that can be defined various kind of deliverables oriented hierarchical composition. It is an essential part of project development because each one assign specific task so that they can easily implement actions. There are multiple task will be performed by project team members and accomplish goal or objective of project (Purwadii, 2016). Sometimes, it is very difficult for members to define the task so that it will be implemented the work break down structure process. This will help for entire project to identify, estimate, schedule and overall budget. It is closely integrated with the project scope, objective and understand the description of work in proper manner. Work breakdown structure is helping in project development whereas set up the specific outcome that are collectively require in the project goal and objective(Budiman and Gunarta, 2018). PERT chart is based on the project management tool that mainly used for purpose of organise, schedule and coordinate with different task in project(Budiman and Gunarta, 2018). It is a way of analyse the task that involved in completing the project successfully, generally, time require to complete each task and also identify minimum time to maintain different task in proper manner. By using PERT chart, it can be divided into specific project time line, doing the evaluation to break own the individual task in the project (Saeed and Ahmed, 2018). Sometimes, it is to be considered as the most preferable to understand the task dependencies, but it become difficult to interpret respectively. Apart from that it can be identified that PERT chart beneficial which allows for manager to evaluate resources, time as per requirements(Budiman and Gunarta, 2018). In order to manage 6
