opportunities to curtail the cost as a result of which he decided to engage a group of workers with

workers were Muslims as a result of which accommodations were made. However as a result of
some ritual that they carried out, it posed problems to the operations. The aim of the paper is to
adjudge the efficacy of the manager, assess the external environment for operations of the
company.

Furthermore, the line manager is the authority who is responsible for maintaining smooth
operations in the concerned department of the organisation. Frank Peichowski was responsible

were being carried out in the organisation and that is what the latter carried out by changing the
food that was served in the canteen of the plant. Furthermore, he also helped in coping with the
