INTRODUCTION
This report is based on a company that wants to build an aerospace industry in Brazil. The
main of the organisation is to establish themselves as a valuable brand in the market. Embraer is
one of the leading manufacturer of private as well as commercial jets. In this report, there will be
the discussion of the situation that has arisen in the workplace. Along with that there will be
discussion of the proposed plan of the analysis and various techniques that help in identifying
resources. After that there will be evaluation of the current position of the company and with
these various principles and theories will be discussed. After that there will be discussion of the
suitable solution that an organisation can adopt in order to improve their performance (Reinhardt,
Gurtner and Griffin, 2018). One of the main problems that the company is facing of the resources of
funds and for that purpose they were sold out in the market and another problem that the
company faces is of managing the people at the supervisory level who are responsible to run the
operations smoothly at the workplace.

Main aim of the company is that they want to manufacture the quality aeroplanes and aircrafts in
the market with enough resources.
Objectives
To effectively raises the funds in order to carry out the activities related to the airlines.

Embraer is one of the most established airlines organisations which focuses on fulfilling
the demand of their customers. Due to the new inventions, they have managed in getting lots of
customers towards their business. Organisation main aim is to provide quality jets and airplanes
to the customers. In relation to the current situation of the company, they are facing a problem of
arrangement of the resources as well as managing the activities of the supervisory level in order
to effectively carry out the operations (Raposo and et.al., 2019). It is very important for the
organisation to manage the resources through which they can give tough competition in the
