INTRODUCTION Organizational practices are considered as the actions and behaviors of employees working in a business organization. They are basically 5Ps of an organization which include purpose, philosophy, priorities, practices and projections. Organizational practices help in converting the ideas and values in the culture of organization into the practical actions along with the movements which can keep the organization running actively(Agyabeng-Mensah and et. al., 2021). It is found as an essential for a business organization to follow the good practices which are really good enough for sorting the things in place along with ensuring the procedures of a moving in the correct direction in a time affective manner. The chosen organization for this report is Outland Denim which is an Australian denim company. Outland Denim, a well-known Australian business whose CEO is James Bartle, gets its fabric from Boss, a Turkish mill that has been committed to ethical and environmental issues since 1951. It deals with a wide range of apparel products based on a high proportion of eco-friendly materials such as cotton and sustainable raw resources. It also has clothing for both men and women, such as jeans, shirts, coats, and boots. The current market overview of the company is too good in order to attract more customers by providing them with sustainable goods. Outland Denim's market share is around 25%, but it has been impacted by Covid 19 and a huge number of customers. This report deals with the weakness and opportunity of respective organization along with the PESTLE analysis. Furthermore, it also includes the discussion on the opportunities available to the organization and indicator benchmarks. From the assessment 1, several weakness of the respective business organization have been analysed which include pinpoint quality concern and financial weakness. On the other hand, outland Denim has some opportunities as well which include expansion in the new markets such as Netherlands, United Kingdom and many more(Pernegger, 2021). Along with this, the management of the respective business organization is performing their operation by following all the factors of PESTLE analysis which include political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental factors. The respective organization is following all the rules and regulations in an effective and efficient manner while performing its operations. It is not required to establish any manufacturing unit in the respective country because the manufacturing will be done only in the domestic country. It state that the management of outland Denim is required to invest a minimum amount of capital while adopting this method. This method could be used by Outland Denim to extend their company operations in the foreign market. From the above analysis, it has been found that exporting is the best option for outland denim in order to ensure the long term success and sustainability in the new market(Maurya and Agarwal, 2018). Exporting method have a lots of advantages which are explained below in detail:Good product always sell: it is the first advantage of exporting that a business can be started by anyone with a good idea or any product. For the same purpose it is necessary into develop the product in such a manner so that they can meet the requirements of customers.Limitless market:Outland Denim is free to sell their products in any of the country in all over the world it means that the market is limitless. If the Outland Denim sale their products only in Australia, it will work as limited to the market size to only to the local level. Exporting of a products in different countries male leads to the getting unlimited opportunities to the talent.Foreign markets can offer higher prices: United Kingdom is a well developed country. Hands the customers of United Kingdom can offer the higher prices of the products of outland the name.
