She is the one who is in charge of all the arrangements that have been made by the company. The other procurement clerk, Betty, will look after the extra food and drinks and will escort the musicians and their requirement as per the clients booking. Then, the account receivable clerk, Sasha, will look after the invoice as well as sent out to the customers and if the payment is overdue from the client’s end, then Horst will deal with them. Lastly, if anything is missing as per the requirement of the client, everything will be notified with them.These are important for the companyso thattransparency is being maintained by the company so that they can provide excellent quality service to the client that they are expecting from the company.
