Business Process is initiated by specific instances like an
order placement by a customer, supply orders by purchase
departments, reconciliations of customer accounts by the
finance or accounting departments.
In difficult times, efficient business
processes help companies to save their money while
redesign processes for competitiveness in times of
expansion by introducing new lines of business. As the
majority of the world population lies in the tier four of the
pyramid, the fortune usually lies at the base of the pyramid.
Thus, to bring this major chunk into the world economy,
income inequalities need to be reduced (Dumas et al.
2013).
Business Process Pyramid
It is a toolkit for constructing business processes and
forming decisions. The jBPM tool has a light-weight core
with a work flow engine that is extensible in nature and
written using Java. It helps to automate the processes and
decision makings in BPM. In addition to the process of
modelling, executing and monitoring, it also helps to
enhance the agility and visibility of a business system
(Docplayer.net 2019). The core has a pluggable
persistence, which is optional and has a JPA
implementation by default. The process engine is of a
generic type that can extend to support newer node types
and other languages for the processes. Provision of
providing notifications to listeners on various events
besides the capacity to transform running process
occurrences to the newer versions.
Scope of BPM
Most of the firms intend to not only maintain their businesses on paper but also
on their tech systems to illustrate a definite life cycle with mandatory
checkpoints that boosts the business with the use of products like jBpm and
Jboss. BPM also helps in providing a well-managed cohesive development that
enables its user to provide efficient work and manage that with best usage of
skills. The firm usually provides a better solution when such things are kept in
record.
