INTRODUCTION
Project management involves series of activities that are required to manage organisation
of an event project (Parent and Chappelet, 2017). This report includes discussions over aspects
related to management of a project aimed at organising Higher Education Institution games in

Risk register is very important component in order to successfully carry out project

for identification of the risk as well as successfully managing risk in appropriate and accurate
way. Through risk matrix rating project manager is able to determine the likelihood of event
happening and take decision accordingly.

Communication is considered an essential tool or technique that help in developing
connecting among the project manager as well as team members. This procedure is generally

Strengths:
 Agile Methodology is highly flexible in nature. It is so because there is involvement of
continuous iteration in respect of requirement of potential customers. Respective model ensure the quality of work in continuous basis because team members

Weaknesses:
 This framework include a proper planning as well as it can be difficult for project
manager to adopt in effectively at workplace for completing specific project.

Waterfall Methodology
The respective framework is also known as the linear sequential life cycle method. In this
model manager need to analyse every phase of project after accomplishing it as that help in

Torre, 2018). In addition to this waterfall model also help in avoiding small mistakes that are
mainly being ignored by members of team.
Strengths:

company management it is essential to conduct risk management because through that they can
determine their risk according to which strategies can be developed. In respect of this

management of risk company not able to conduct specific project in proper manner. It is also
