INTRODUCTIONIn order to consider reflective cycle, it can be stated that there are different phases of anexperience or activity develop. Present study based on case of Martin and Green who establishoperations in Uganda. His responsibilityalso develop to establish operating structure that intended to spare incoming managers toface difficulties for start-up activities(MEYER, 2015).
