ASSIGNMENT 21. The problemThe Cox & Kings provides huge range of travel and tourism and their services. So this isdifficult for them to maintain the all tourism information. In travel and tourism of existingsystems there is not a proper well managed managements for maintaining the clients and theirissues (Mei, and et.al 2016). Like if clients have any query but the Cox & Kings have many clients so which customeris important or which user query is solve is deciding for firm is difficult. So for this theorganization can not manage users,their information and also their queries. Maintaining this kindof information is difficult for organizations employees (Steinberg and O'connor, Facebook,2013). Proper management with various customers, their detailed information and their queriesare not well managed. In travel and tourism it is very difficult to know the customers booking,journeys because of not a proper management in old or traditional systems. Customers queryregarding to travelling can not get in proper well managed way. 2. The concept and solutionThe Cox & kings provides various services and provide large range of travelling. So formanaging this big range of customers information and travelling is may going to difficult forfirm and firms employees. This desktop application provides well managed management formanaging and maintaining travel and tourism things (Sullivan, and et.al 2014). This desktopapplication will give effective check and outputs over the satisfaction of customer needs. Usingthese desktop application will improve the performance of firms and also improve the consumerservice. So this desktop application also provide a proper interaction and communication ofcustomers service. This application solves the companies problems which arise in the management oftourism. This desktop application helps to know the requirements and satisfaction of customers.This desktop application will help to maintain the detailed information of customers and theirqueries which solve by the employees (Mikowski and Powell, 2013). Key features of the Desktop ApplicationThe feature of using this desktop application is that it provides proper connectivity withclients and gives detailed information of customers (Horvath, and et.al 2014). Using this desktopapplication gives an effective check and output over the satisfaction of customer needs. Thisdesktop application will improve the performance of customer service and provides interactionor commination of travelling. This desktop application provides a well managed management for employees to managethe travelling and every detailed information of customers. Using this desktop application themanagement if properly managed then conflicts will not arise in the management section. Bychance if any one employee will leave job but the all information will be maintained and datawill be stored on server or in firms database (Rego and Koes, 2015). This desktop applicationwill give better accessibility on website. Queries of customers will be get easier to manage foremployees. Staff can get information very easily and immediately.4. Business caseThe business case observes the reason for creating the task or project. This business caseshelps to build a well managed systematic structure which is displaying in the document of firms.So this can also present in the different ways of forms like in presentation or may be in reports.This forms consist in short or verbal statements. The business case is base on the firm's volumeand organizations attitude. The main goal of business cases is to support the requirements oforganization whenever the businesses resources are used like in financial, physical etc and wherethey are consumed. Like upgrading thesoftware will improve the performance of system and in business case the improvements ofperformance will fulfil the client needs.
