Introduction
Big data technologies and digital data analytics continue to pervade the business environment
with a storm, as companies and organizations in all sectors strive to leverage on this development
to steer their business to profitability and efficiency. Digital disruption has permeated the

Summary of the Findings
The information communication technology and media industry will experience the highest
impact of this disruption within a very short period of time in what is considered to be the driver
