Please list four approaches that you will take to ensure that you can replace these employees efficiently?Communication – It is very important for Aljazee to effectively communicate to thePhilippines employees who are being expatriated. The employees must be explained to thereason why the company has to implement those changes in a way in which they will understand.Aljazee must thank the employees for the services they offered to the company and ensure eachof the employees is comfortable with what they have been told (Hayes, 2014). These employeeshave to be given ample notice before they leave and they must be paid all their dues.Change Management- Aljazee must inform the members of the organization of thechanges that are about to take place. This is very important as it will prepare managers and therest of the stuff of why some employees must be let go and others come in (Hayes, 2014). Anyresistance to change must be handled professionally by Aljazee and her team.Employee Induction- In order to ensure that the employees can be replaced efficiently,Aljazee must put in place an effective induction process. The new employees must undergoinduction for a certain period so that they get familiar with the organization’s processes and ways(Bolman & Deal, 2017). This will enable the new employees to gel into the organization andbegin work without difficulties.Employee Training- Employee training for the new employees will be a must if they areto fit into their new roles. They must be trained in how they will manage the front office desk inan effective manner. Training will, therefore, be done before the employees work (Bolman &Deal, 2017). What are some of the policies you will need to implement in order for your employees tobe ready to work?New Employee Onboarding Policy- This policy will have details on how new employeesare on-boarded into Al Azziza Hotel and the processes they have to go through before settlinginto the organization. It includes things that will be done in the induction process like making theemployee familiar with the premises and the type of forms they will have to fill, for example,employee bio-data, medical forms and any other necessary forms (Bratton & Gold, 2017). It alsoincludes issues on how their placement will be done and who will be expected to train themwhen they are new.Personnel Policy – The personnel policy will list everything that concerns Al Azzizahotel and affects the employee directly. This will include rules on reporting time, leave,absenteeism and sick off. It will also define how employees are meant to behave while at workand their working hours. It will provide a guideline to the employee on reporting lines and howthey should handle any grievances they may have (Cascio, 2018). The personnel policy will alsooutline the type of disciplinary measures that will be taken if set down policies are flouted.Health and Safety Policy –This is a very important policy and new employees of AlAzziza must be taken through as they join the company. It outlines all hazards and guidesemployees on precautions to be taken.
