INTRODUCTION
Business operations is defined as activities which a business engage on the daily basis
with a view to increase value and earn profits as well. Employees and the other members
associated with an organisation are responsible for effective implementation of operations which
help a company to attain objectives within stipulated time period (Barnes, 2018). Business

Business operations is referred as actions as well as activities that engage in continuous
basis or regularly for attained organisation objectives in an effective and efficient manner. It is
important for a business entity to ensure that all the daily activities and operation is executed
