INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility is a basic social issue that is taking place across different
parts of the in many organisations. In a detailed discussion of CSR activities there are certain
aspects that have to be applied in order to compliance with all the CSR activities. There are
different types of CSR models that are part of Retail Industry and have client towards overall
management of supplies in these models are used for responding to different challenges that in
the of every organisation (Zerbini, 2017). Report is based on a case study that is on a leading
retail organisation that is Tesco with the name let's clean up fashion. Introduction of the case
study and for the dearest framing of the case with the help of different leadership and
management approaches that are related to concepts of CSR corporate governance strategic
management employee management and individual leadership further there is discussion of the
case with the help of different philosophies and theories of ethics utilitarianism discourse ethics.
Lastly there are some recommendations that are being provided about how organisation must can
you search theories of Management ethics and leadership to increase the overall focus on the
concept of CSR.
Introduction to the case study:
The present case study is based on the topic "Let's clean up fashion" , there is a detailed
discussion on different issues related to wages and how Tesco has taken initiated different
projects for sustainable improvement for handling the major issue of wages related to their
overall workforce (Grayson, and Hodges, 2017). There is requirement to make sustainable
improvements in specific weight and different types of face related for that are being undertaken
in the case of let's clean up passion. Many activities that were taken for improvement of the
overall minimum wages that are being offered to overall work post it consists of lengthening of

towards reduction of waste. Tesco has successfully able to reduce energy consumption by 35%
between the year 1997 and 2005 and by the year 2016 have also planned it to reduce it further by
5%.

charity partnership with diabetes UK and also with British Heart Foundation that is having a in to
tackle and prevent heart diseases (Wang and Sarkis, 2017). They are having voluntary efforts for
their colleagues and they have already raised approximately 13.7 million pounds since the year
January 2015. After money is aimed at funding for joint projects that are helping millions of
people in improvement of their health.
Customer campaigns:
For example Tesco has in establish their stores in Central Europe they are improving the
health of 25 key Product lines. They have been celebrating their 15 years partnership with trees
for life and fundraising for many Cancer Research Institutions of UK and also encouraging their
colleague and customers to take part in it. Also having environment since the year 2016 they
have continued to reduce the carbon intensity of their stores and distribution centres and making

progress towards 2020 target. In the year 15-16 they have achieved targets of reducing 39.5% of
the carbon emissions from their Store.

their supply chains for understanding the exposure of freshwater availability and contaminating
of risk particularly in the sensitive river basins. Culture is accounting for 60% of the supplies in
footprint 97% of the waterproof mint and the maturity impact is on the biodiversity.

Tesco is focusing on increasing the overall scale of workers as a part of their
