Introduction
 Hello, this presentation is based on the case study of
Alexander (Alex), who is dealing with down syndrome when
her mother was pregnant. Currently, Alex is 4 years of age
and was born by vaginal delivery without any sort of
complications also, he scored APGAR 9 (5 minutes) along
with 9 (1minute). His mother's name is Lyn who works at a
part time job in Bunnings at garden centre and his father
name is Simon who is a team leader in department of
agriculture I am working as a full time worker.
