Brew Dog in the market is known to be one of the famous and well established company
associated with the production of craft beer which was started in the year 2007 by James watt
and Martin Dickie. In the year 2008 the organization Brew Dog was awarded with young
entrepreneur from the business trust of Prince’s Scottish, along with this they were also rewarded
with the Tenon entrepreneur award in the session conducted by Scottish National Awards for
business.
The first and introductory stage of their business started with their new deal with the
organization TESCO where the company in the market demanded 200 cases of Brew Dog beer
for their 500 shops in the international market (Dennett and Page 2017). But under this
respective part in order to move further the organization had to move for bank loan in order to
adopt strong expansion to their production point and on the other part to for the installation of a
unique and differentiated bottling line. But under this respective part the core strategy and
entrepreneurial initiative adopted by the company was considered to be an ultimate failure in the
market where they the major reason to the respective problem was related to the issue of the
company’s existing loan and late payments in the international market.
The core strategy and entrepreneurship adopted by the organization to overcome the
respective issue caused to them in the market was through the method adopting advanced
changes in their payment system which included the process of lending and borrowing loans
from banks (Smith 2018). They introduced a massive system and process of Amazing deal in the
market from which many lenders were interested under the area of making negotiations with the
company Brew Dog to purchase their product. Brew Dog instantly targeted a lender with whom

they made certain negotiations related to the system of Amazing deal. This technique and
strategy helped the organization in the part of expanding their brewing supply and facilities with
large companies like TESCO where beer form Punk IPA was considered to be the first success
factor their business in the market (Smith 2018). This category beer of Brew Dog enhanced
strong form of competition and uniqueness in the market which helped the company in the area
of remaining more sustainable and competitive in the market competition, along with this many
other supermarkets also stared ordering the product.
From the key parts that are associated with the innovative aspects related to Brew Dog
case study, being an entrepreneur in order to adapt strong and innovative performance in the
market competition, it is important to be completely passionate on what the business path
actually rely on along with having strong capability of adopting risk bearing qualities (Carol,
Federico and Thomas 2015). It is important to give more importance to the part of remaining
goal oriented towards what the actual target of the business is where for this the above mentioned
